a little help please!

a little help please!

I have been pe’ing for many years on and off using manual exercises and not gained. Could someone please tell me what other exercises that have really helped with kicking off your length gains other than stretching and jelqing. For example you might of seen length improvement after adding certain girth exercises anything at all will be much appreciated. Just want to know your experiences so i can figure out what i am doing wrong?

Perhaps pumping would help.

The reason I believe most people who don’t gain from jelqing is either they don’t spend enough time doing it.

But usually it is because they don’t complete the jelq.

Wow kingpole you have had some great length gains could you tell me what you did to get them and how long it took?

*What do you mean by not completing the jelq?

*Does pumping give permant gains?

*Do you/would you ever hang weights or do you think its too dangerous?

Hey wann8, kingpole probably thinks that you are not holding your jelq long enough. Most people here think that it should take you 3 seconds to comeplete one jelq stroke, but I’ve heard kingpole say to do even longer ones like 12 seconds! Lol, just make sure you don’t over do it with the pressure. What helped me get some gains was continuously jelqing, meaning that I would never let go of my dick, before I would complete my jelq stroke at my glans, I would start my next stroke with the other hand, I think they were called jelq blasters or something.

People think different things on whether pumping will give permanent gains, but I’ve heard some people claim that it definitely has. I say go for hanging weights if nothing else works, I’ve heard some pretty crazy success stories. Personally I just use led PE weights, which are very light, kind of like gold weights. Good luck though man.

I have just bought a bib hanger but having serious trouble getting a good wrap and being comfortable plus being uncircumcised doesnt help i hear. Do you have any experience with the bib?

Also how long do you jelq per day and how long do you hold your stroke for, 12 seconds sounds crazy but what the ek if it gives you gains am willing to try?

Do you guys think i should start a manual exercise routine first before i start hanging? But this time i’ll really make sure that each exercise rep is to perfection. Also i think that my penis tissues are very tough could you tell me some intense exercisaes that might help break the tissues/cells down for growth. If that makes sense.

Why don’t you try the jelqs again but hold it for longer and do it with a high erection. It sure gave me great gains :)

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

It sounds like you may well need a deconditioning break if you are going to give manual PE another shot. Something to consider. Simply upping the intensity in the face of continued no gains is a good way to break your willy.

If you have the time and the privacy I found hanging quite enjoyable.

Did it give you great gains in erect length and how high was your erection percentage.

I have not PE’ed for about 3 1/2 weeks now, could that be considered as a decon break.

Hey, a break is a break. You have had a 3.5 week rest already.

I just did an archive crawl for “deconditioning”. Tricky as many of the hits are for deconditioning to remove discolouration. Some guys don’t think it helps at all and some advocate loooong breaks. Does that apply to softening up the ligs or only for discolouration? It is 5:45 am so my brain is a bit slower than it might be otherwise.

Personally I would think that a month off would make a difference.

If you start back up with hands on rather than hanging consider adding in some traction wrapping after your routine to get used to wrapping. That way you have a contingency plan.

Really i dont have a clue but i say the longer the break the more supple the ligs would become.
