a little help please!
I have been pe’ing for many years on and off using manual exercises and not gained. Could someone please tell me what other exercises that have really helped with kicking off your length gains other than stretching and jelqing. For example you might of seen length improvement after adding certain girth exercises anything at all will be much appreciated. Just want to know your experiences so i can figure out what i am doing wrong?
