A little help from guys who have been PEing longer

I have been jelqing for about 2 months and at first I gained 1/2 inch in length and 1/4 inch in width. But soon after I lost 1/4 inch in length and just can’t seem to get it back. I increased my total time but I still can’t seem to make any new gains. It’s really getting stressful. Here is my current routine.

5 minute warm up
10 minute stretch
5 minute squeezes
45-60 minutes jelqing
5 minute squeezes
10 minute stretch
5 minute warm down

Do I need to increase or decrease anything? Or do I need a whole new routine I could really use some help from yall. Thanks alot

If you’re losing anything, first try decreasing, not increasing anything- so that you don’t push yourself into some manner of physiologic debt.

Cut your jelq back to 20-30 min, drop the squeezes out altogether, put all your stretches after your jelq work, add another 5 min. Of heat between the jelq and stretch.

60 minutes of jelqing seems epic. I’d guess that’s overdoing it, though you might be different.

Perhaps take a break from PE, read voraciously and come back with a plan. Hanging maybe?

Andro’s advice says it all, I would just add to try and variate your strectches before and after jelqing, and jelq with a lower erection, slow 3-4 second jelqs.

Thanks for the advice when I first started I was doing 20-30 minute jelqs but I was on a routine that increased time every week a little bit but apparently it did nothing but hurt me. Thanks for the advice androNYC. Ill try cutting back my time and if I’m dropping the squeezes what do I do to gain width? And are kegels helpful when it comes to increasing size?

Indirectly. I don’t think anyone has ever claimed massive size gains from kegeling but they will do wonders for your overall penis health and toughness. A healthier penis is less likely to become an injured penis and nothing messes up you routine and gains like an injury and having to take possibly months off. Also if you haven’t been getting very hard and suddenly you are popping mega wood due to a healthier penis you might well have an erection that is 1/4” longer than it was.

How’s the negotiation with your dick going? Getting bigger? No? Then apparently the ‘squeezes’ aren’t working anyway, so why do you want to keep them in?

I’m guessing you aren’t getting as much morning wood recently?
In fact, I suggest you stop all PE for one or two weeks, heal up, use lots of heat [showers, rice socks, pads, warm moist washcloths], at most some gentle stretching and light massage [nothing PE like] and begin again with the newbie routine linked in my sig.

I’ll check back in three weeks and hope to hear that you’re just finishing your first week on the newbie routine.

Again, andro’s advice is what would be mine too. Take a break, give your dick some breathing time, and then start again easy and gradually increase intensity…but always listen to your dick!

Ok ill wait two weeks and then start back over with the newbie routine. Hopefully it will gain back what I lost and then continue to grow. Ill report back in 3 weeks and let you know if it is working for me.
