A little encouragement!

I just thought I would post some results of mine to encourage some other members. I don’t have any starting pictures but I know I was just under 7 inches nbp length; for girth I did the toilet paper roll measurement. Anyway before I started I fit with ease into the roll I think I was probably 4.7-8 maybe even less.

I have been at this for just over a year, slowly learning the techniques and it was not until about halfway through that I really started a solid routine. I have eased into clamping which has brought me some slight girth gains, however I think Its time for a break as I haven’t really seen any gains in a few months. The most current measurements are 7.5x5.2!! I still look really skinny due to the shape of my penis and the length, you can notice the gains from the side but I would like to look a lot wider from top!!

Im taking a mini vacation I will probably turn this into a decon break, then start back up with the newbie routine for a month or two then try my luck with pumping and some light clamping. I would definitely like to hit the 5.5 mark in girth. Thanks guys for all the great information!!

Your statistics look great, most men will be jealous of them. I can imagine you’re trying to hit the 5.5 for girth, that would look even better. Is your dick straight or curved? Anyway, good luck!

Thanks for all the positive comments guys!! Again for me, I know most people say this but girth still looks small due the the gains which can only be seen from the side, so you can imagine with 7.5 nbp it still looks like I need to ad some girth. I am trying to decon for a few weeks, would it be okay to still do some very light stretching or should I quite cold turkey? Any advice on some exercises to increase width?

What routine did you use the whole time?

I pretty much stuck to the newbie routine, but as I said I was kind of lazy with it; I look at it as a conditioning phase light -medium jelqs and about halfway through the year I really started stretching, then increasing the intensity and number of jelqs and then on to clamping; however I remained consistent with my routine the whole time. Clamping consisted of 3 sets about 10 minutes a piece, I have seen some discoloration. I am going to start pumping after my decon and see what happens.

So I agree persistence is probably one of the main ingredients to success!

Current Goal: - 7.00 NBPEL x 5.75 [MSEG & BASE]

Just light jelqing, I guess I have a very sensitive penis because light jelqing often provided many red dots, so it took me a while to condition. Even after the weekend, when I start my routine on Mondays I still have to take it easy then ease into the rest of the week.

Red dots are a result of incomplete nutrition (at least, for me it was),

Could you be a little more specific, my diet has been regimented for over a year as train pretty hard in the gym. My diet consists of oatmeal, whey isolate, egg whites, chicken breasts, yams for carbs, waxy maize additional carbs, muliti vitamins, red meat once or twice a week, peanut butter occasionally and that about does it. I do take maintenance supplements like creatine, Im taking ZMA right now and love it, and usually take pre workout drinks

As for the pressure in my jelq’s I keep them pretty light so about a 3-4, they are about 2 seconds; if I see no spotting ill increase the intensity. After monday or Tuesday I can increase intensity with little to no spotting.

In my case the red spotting completely disappeared after a couple of weeks. How long have you been jelqing, sirmix?
