A hello and some questions.

Hello everyone. I’m glad to be part of this community dedicated to being all we can be.

First, I’m a pretty strong grower (in addition to a big fat pad*), and I tried a few jelq moves/stretches in the shower a few mornings ago, but I’m afraid to proceed before getting some reassurance that jelqing on its own, and then going flaccid and unstretched directly after is dangerous/possibly lead to loss rather than gain. I did notice after jelqing for the first time I did end up slightly smaller flaccid than normal (or it might be a mix of being in the shower/placebo effect).

Also, I’ll be back in college at the end of next month, so I’ll have neither the time, nor the privacy to commit to regular stretching/stretchers (jelqing.I can probably make work). However, I might be able to make an ADS (either around the waist, or somehow managing to put a really dense weight right at the head, so it can fit in pants) work. My question is, can ADS be a full replacement for traditional stretchers?

* As you can likely imply, I also plan on a general weight loss program (I could stand to lose 30-40 pounds, though ideally more like 50-60 when all is said and done). However, being 5’6” I don’t want bulk, but rather a lean, yet strong physique. So I’ll likely be focusing on aerobic exercises. However, I’ve heard (and experienced) that members tend to contract during aerobic exercises. How will this effect a PE plan?

Should I cut back on self pleasure? I average 1-2 times a day, too much? (Probably already know the answer, but was wondering if continuing this would be counterproductive to PE).

Also, I read that PEers should avoid certain soy-based products. Can anyone elaborate? I want to take soy lecithin to also increase my volume (already likely above average, but again, be all you can be.), but don’t want to risk the main goal for something that is (at least ATM) superfluous like load volume.

Other than that, that’s all for now. No dimensions yet, and I don’t do pics.

I also read that the penis continues to grow into the 20s. How does that effect gain potential? Are gains any easier before that time? Or require a different plan?

Lay off the soy. It’s not meant for human consumption, and effects how testosterone is produced in men.

There are plenty of sources for this info on-line.

Been reading a bit deeper into soy. Ouch. Makes one wonder what effect so much soy in the food supply is having on the male populace of the world as a whole..

Guess vitamin E might be a decent plan B.

Well, you only have to look at the way men are represented in media these days to see what male has become.

As women are becoming more masculinized, men are going the other way. Look at the leading “men” in movies.

And what is a Ryan Gosling anyway?

The best way to accelerate your weight loss is to look at food choices, timing of meals (eat most of your calories before 6pm) and go like hell on the bike and in the gym.

Mental discipline is essential here. Make a plan and stick to it.

And most importantly; heavy deadlifts.

The deadlift will spike your bodies natural ability to produce testosterone.

Those are good tips. Plus I have a stationary bike, and it happens to be my favorite piece of equipment. Never heard of the before 6PM idea, though. Worth a shot.

Ryan Gosling can be pretty badass if he wants to be (ever seen “Drive”?). If you really want to see emasculation, well look no further than the Twilight cast. It’s fun as hell to make fun of them, but when you think about it their massive influence on the cultural zeitgeist truly is pitiful.

Should I bring my ADS question to a new thread or should I wait for an answer here? As well as my question about gains of “growers” vs “showers”?

I saw Drive and wasn’t impressed. Boys playing Clint Eastwood don’t work for me, and twilight, well that’s just girlporn.

The cultural zeitgeist is being toyed with substantially to pander to female consumers and voters.

To address some of your PE questions, I think you need to explore the newbie workout more substantially before you draw any conclusions about your dick’s reaction to a few jelqs in the shower.

When I first started PE I didn’t have enough flaccid to jelq with at all. Now, after 2 1/2 years I wet jelq a half hour a day, 5 times a week in combination with two 20 minute hanging sessions.

I gained enough flaccid by mechanical stretching for a year, which gave me a full inch of erect length gain and near 2 inches of flaccid gain, which meant I could finally jelq.

Measurements:

6.5 BPEL (best estimate, it was one of those rulers with extra length on the ends, plus it was a bit of a pain working against the fat pad [every time I would push down, it would pull my member down as well]).

5 girth on the dot.

Shitty EQ. Couldn’t really hold it.
