A grip question about JAI stretches

Which grip is best? In Johans instructions there is a diagram of a simple one handed stretch below the glans. With a LOT of around 9 i am stretching downwards mostly to hit the ligs but am not feeling the ‘burn’ that others have noted whilst doing stretches. My workout consists of 5 sets of 15 of 2 seconds holds performed twice a day.

The reason why I ask is that I read that the grip should be closer to the base when stretching the ligs, this may be my confusion, but am a little unsure! Any advice would be gratefully recieved,

A grip close to the base for stretching? I’m not sure this is something I could do with any success. I’d find myself stretching nothing but skin.

I’d stick with the simple grip that Johan illustrated. What position are you in when you do the JAIs? Try this, sit on the edge of a chair (I’m talking half-of-your-ass-hanging-off-the-side type of sitting), get your grip, and do the stretch straight down.

Or you could try Between The Cheeks, which will probably give you that burn you looking for. Lay on your side on the floor/bed, with one hand, reach around from the back, grip your dick, pull it back between your legs towards your ass, and do the stretch that way.

Sometimes it takes some experimenting to find out what works and feels best.

Have been doing them sitting on edge of chair, but the between the legs grip sounds interesting will give it a go. Have been kegeling between stretches, is this correct?

The kegeling between stretches is more for Blasters than for JAIs, but hey, I don’t see any harm in it. Just make sure that when you’re doing the BTC grip I mentioned above, that your PC is relaxed. Mine has a tendancy to tighten when I’m laying on my side like that. So, maybe kegeling will help you be more aware during your stretching.

I use both the palm up and palm down versions of the OK grip. I also do both ways having my OK grip positioned with my pointer and thumb nearest my abdomen and my pinky finger going away from me, and vice versa. I change my grip ever few minutes or so because either I’ll start to slip, it hurts if I hold a particular angle with a particular grip, or I need to work different muscles in my arm because the current grip is tiring.
