A grip question about JAI stretches
Which grip is best? In Johans instructions there is a diagram of a simple one handed stretch below the glans. With a LOT of around 9 i am stretching downwards mostly to hit the ligs but am not feeling the ‘burn’ that others have noted whilst doing stretches. My workout consists of 5 sets of 15 of 2 seconds holds performed twice a day.
The reason why I ask is that I read that the grip should be closer to the base when stretching the ligs, this may be my confusion, but am a little unsure! Any advice would be gratefully recieved,
