A girth question

Obviously I’m a complete newbie. It’s probably been posted somewhere but I haven’t spotted it yet. The question I want an answer for is, what are the key elements to gaining penis length? I mean what exercises bring out the best outcome, or any other solutions. My length is fine, I’m just not happy with my girth. So I’d really appreciate if somebody could point me in the right direction.

Hi Sam.

If you want to increase girth, probably athe best way is to use a penis pump.

Inevitably you will make some length as well. but the growth area mainly targetted will be girth.

Have a look at the pumpers forum, and see what guys have been doing, and you should get a good idea of how to start and what pump is best (dependes on where you live and ease of getting the pump you want).

Also it’s worth doing a search on ‘Girth’ and see what guys have done to increase this.

Clamping seems to be the most popular way to increase girth, but that’s definitely not an exercise for beginners. People usually recommend at least 6 months of conditioning your penis via other PE exercises before clamping.


Start • 5.94''x4.92''

Now • 6.50''x4.96''

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

Just doing the newbie routine should give you some gains and also give you a crucial feel for PE. Once you are conditioned you can investigate some of the more advanced exercises. Although if you are specifically only after girth then you probably want to target the tunica. So putting an A-stretch into your newbie routine would probably be fine.

For girth, I recommend the following:

1) Newbie Routine for at least a few months. You may gain girth from the wet jelqing.
2) Dry jelqing. Search for “eating a sandwich” technique.
3) Erect squeezes - it is like clamping but with way more control and less possibility for harm.
4) Pumping, I guess, but I noticed more from manual.
5) Hanging for base girth only.
6) O-bends, with 30-50% erection.
7) Clamping. It has been proven to work over and over, but it has also been proven to kill EQ and create penile injuries over and over as well. Trust me, only go to clamping as a last resort if you are not gaining girth with the above safer exercises. In which case, go slow, and always err on the side of caution.


Start: 6.6bp x 4.875eg, 2006: 7.2bp x 5.00eg (5.5 base), 2009: 7.6bp x 5.25eg (6.0 base)

I’m not just targeting girth, but girth is the aspect I want to achieve. Length is also something I’d like to achieve, I’m only 6”. So length and girth gain would be brilliant. I started the newbie routine in the shower today, and it seems fairly easy to keep up with, of course I understand motivation will be needed. But I’d like towards something better for myself

Really? And what if you do it right? Aren’t girth exercises supposed to increase EQ if done right?

Stick with the newbie routine for at least 3-4 months before advancing. Also, be careful to always warm your penis up properly.

I can only speak from personal experience. Clamping is dangerous for EQ, unless done very carefully.
