Hi I have been doing exercises on and off for a couple of years and have had some gains not much because I have lacked dedication. But I have a couple of worries/questions:
1) I have a vein in the middle of my penis that bends back and forth doesn’t hurt just bends is this OK?
A) Yes, that vein is pretty flexible and can move around a lot. What you describe sounds normal.
2) What are the negative effects of exercises on the veins in your penis
A) Negative effects occur when you go overboard by using too much force exceeding the internal pressure your arteries and veins can take. The most common results are small red spots that are the result of capillaries breaking. This is fairly normal for just starting out and you should adjust the force you use to minimize it. The other effect you hear about a lot is vein thrombosis or blockage and this is quite rare, although a lot of guys “think” they have it. It would be the result of quite a lot of damage over a period of time. Like I said, this is very rare.
3) Is PE safe if done properly because I find once I stop exercising my erections are weaker than before
A) If your erections get weaker, it is usually a sign you have gone overboard, but it can also be a mental issue if you are constantly believing you are damaging yourself, when in fact you are not. When you cause damage, it is usually visually evident from red spots or swelling or tenderness.
4) When ever I do kegels (even a few like 50 or 100) my erections are not strong is this normal?
A) If your erections are not as strong immediately afterwards, it could just be because the muscle is fatigued and needs a little time to recover. Doing kegels on a regular basis is very good for penile health.
You are in control of how much force you use when you PE. As long as you stay under your trauma limit, you will get good results that include a healthier penis, stronger erections, and yes, increased size.
