A few Simple Questions.
I’ve been PE’ing very lightly for almost a month now, just making sure my penis gets adjusted and I don’t end up with an early injury. So, I have a few really simple questions:
1. During just a standard Jelq and Manual stretch routine, is it better to stretch before OR after Jelqing? Or both?
2. What’s the best warming and cooling method? I’ve been warming up with a heating pad beforehand, and cooling down with a cold wash cloth afterwards. I see some people warming up and warming down, but my years of distant running and human nature has me doing the warming before and cooling after.
