A few questions

A few questions

Just looking for some answers on these two from everyone:

When do you know when you can consider yourself for the advance routine? I’ve gained .25 inches length, no girth gain in 3-4 weeks on the linear newbie routine doing 60-70 jelqs.

What mistakes have you made that you will others not to make? What would you have done differently?

If you’ve been doing the newbie routine consistently for a minimum of 16 weeks you could carefully ease into some advanced routines. If less than that, keep practicing the newbie routine.

The answer to the second question could actually be found in the first answer. It seems that most guys biggest mistake is trying to get gains quickly and doing too much, too soon. As far as what I’d personally do differently- I’d have taken beginning pics, and I’d have worked harder on length at the beginning (which came fairly hard), instead of focusing on girth (which came easily).

:_pump: :donatecar

I was gaining with an easy routine, and thought I would gain more by doing more intense jelqing and changing my jelqing grip. Wrong. If anything I may have injured myself.

You should PE for a healthier penis, and then find your sweet spot of intensity by doing a bit more, step by step.

1/4” in one month? Don’t change anything!

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I am relatively new to this an d after a month or so have also gain 1/4” in girth by jelqs and clamping but no length. Using weights and I’m wandering if I’m not doing it properly. But I think its early yet and from the advice on here so far its a good gain for such a small time spam. So like me keep it up and let the results have a chance to manifest!

So it’s your first month of PE and you jelq clamp and hang ?

:hearno:

I have gained noticeably with extremely light jelqing.. Literally two or three OK jelqs in a session. However my dick feels rubbery and I’m not getting erections without stroking myself. Can anyone tell me what this means?

I would recommend doing the linear newbie routine until you don’t see any gains or slows down considerably. Why change if what you are doing is working? Sometimes more is not more and you end up injuring yourself which diminishes your gains. Be patient, be dedicated, be consistent and you will gain at the rate your body will allow.

Goal: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"

Routine, Pics

No Walter. If that question is for me. I’ve at PE. For quite a while on and off my member is quite used to full routine I have now been performing for almost a month. Maybe for the last six months I’ve been using manual stretches and different jelqs. Very on and off.
