Also wot is the recommended size? Is it just one that doesn’t hurt when I wear it?
I have brought both medium and small sized rings and at the moment I am using the medium one.
I am also about to start doing my PE sessions for the first time, how many days do people think I should “work out” for?
I have seen some posts about penis pumps and wondered if these would be an advantage to use while also doing PE?
Cheers guys and I hope you can answer my questions.
Some guys like to keep a plumped flaccid and wearing a cock ring can help. Assuming you’re wearing it around cock and balls you’ll want one that is snug enough to keep a bit of blood in, but not tight enough to be uncomfortable. You can find several web sites that discuss cock ring fit by using a search engine such as Google. If you’re comfortable with the medium size now and it isn’t uncomfortable to wear all the time, then use that one. If you find it hurts after a bit or causes more than a slightly plumped flaccid, the go for a larger one. Obviously metal ones will not be as helpful in this endeavor as a jelly or rubber one (IMO the jellies tend to be too tight).
At the top of the first page of the Newbie Forum are some linked threads. This one…
START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info
…contains everything a newbie needs to get started. Follow the links in that thread and read everything. Most of your questions should be answered. The recommended routine to start is two days on, one day off. Many guys do five on and two off. Some do their PE exercises every day. By following the recommendations you can prevent early injury and help your penis get used to this new activity.
I used a pump as an aide when I first started. It certainly can’t hurt IF you don’t overdo it. Two or three ten minute sessions at a low vacuum (< 5 inches Hg) should be OK. It isn’t necessary, however. Many guys gain on the Newbie Routine alone.
