A few questions preventing me from starting PE
I registered here a few years ago but got somewhat sidetracked with other things in life unfortunately, glad to be here at last!
Since then though I’ve done some more research and things have happened which mean I’m nervous about starting.
Firstly, about 3 months ago I noticed a lump on the underside of the right side of my shaft about halfway down. This lump only comes though after I have masturbated once and ejaculated, and have got a hard on second time around. It gets bigger as the erection gets stronger. On my first hard on it isn’t noticeable at all. I didn’t pay much attention to it until a couple of days ago but now have wised up I suppose.
I’ve done a bit of research and it could be a number of things, but I think it’s most likely to be a cyst as it feels sort of like one, but obviously don’t know for sure. What I do know though is that the lump isn’t as big as when it first came. We’re not talking a massive decrease, but it is smaller. This has coincided with a decrease in my activities, so I’m now going to give it a rest for 3-4 weeks to see if that clears it up. If not then I shall pay a visit to someone who has a better idea of these things!
The problem is this is driving me crazy now with the possible ramifications it could have for my PE, so I was wondering if anyone here could put my mind at ease in the meantime. If it doesn’t go and is a cyst or something but it’s not much to worry about, would it mean though that I couldn’t do PE? Or would it mean that I could only do low pressure stuff or something?
Part of me thinks that because it is only noticeable after I have masturbated, if I did the PE without masturbating at any point before or after, or only did so minimally afterward , then I could be able to, but I could be just trying to convince myself I suppose.
Secondly, if I do get the ok to start, I’m thinking of pumping. I read the warning to newbies about the venous leak, and noticed on the second page that some guys were speculating that there is a greater risk of doing this sort of damage with the more high-pressure activities, and lower pressure stuff like pumping could reduce the risk. Though it was a guess I know, but this what I wondered too, though I notice there hasn’t been anymore thought on this from what I can see further on in the thread.
But to coincide with that I have got the idea that pumping is the better way to go as you can better regulate the pressure you are putting in so it’s better to monitor progress etc, but I also just think it’s a safer, slightly or otherwise, method than jelqs etc, and I just don’t like the idea of doing some of the stuff that I have seen done in those exercises.
My question is though would it be ok to do pumping from the off? I read everywhere beginners routines, but they all contain jelqing etc, which as I say I’m not keen on doing, even as a sort of initiation.
I was planning on starting off with very low pressure with the pumping as a sort of initiation and building up gradually. I’m committed to this for a long period of time for this to work.
