Hello Thundersplace!

I just joined your forum and I am totally new to PE. I have heard about PE in the past but always been 100% sure that it all is a scam, mostly because you hear people tell you that it is and also you see these scams and straight up bullshit products over the internet. Also people tell you that it is dangerous and the only thing it will lead you to is fucking up your penis for life.

After lurking around for a while reading up on this subject and mostly finding out about forums like this one, I am having a hard time doubting that it is all a trick. Perhaps it is actually possible with the correct exercising techniques, effort and time. It actually makes sense that you can expand your blood vessel’s in the penis over time and make it bigger because of them being able to hold more blood, correct?

I am very serious about starting a PE routine as a beginner and continue doing so until I reach my goals. So what I really would appreciate is if you guys here on Thundersplace would take the time and answer a few questions of mine!

1. Is it possible to even make PERMANENT gains without any further PE routine? If lets say you have done it for 6 months > 1 year? It almost sounds too good to be true if you know what I mean lads.

2. Is it possible to make BOTH the flaccid size bigger (length and girth) and erection size?

3. How many sessions per week and how much time per day do I have to dedicate in order to see the best results?

4. Safety.. If I do the exercises right and take it easy and do as it should be done, are the chances very slim to hurt my penis for life?

5. My current flaccid size: 3.3” erection size: 5.8” (I am a grower I suppose). Is it realistic and possible to get to my goal which is flaccid size: 5.5”-6” and erection size: 7.5-8”? How long time would it take me?

I would really appreciate all the help I can get! Thank you in advance.

Hey Mac!

Welcome to Thunders.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

One inch gains in flaccid and erect are fairly common. Beyond that depends on your genes; however, it usually takes at least a year. If you follow the instruction in the beginners routines, PE is quite safe.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Alright thanks for your answers lads. Dtwarren1942, you said it is common with 1” gains, but is it possible to get 1.5-2” gains in both flaccid and erection length?

If our penis were to be this fragile, we would be injuring ourselves everytime we have sex or masturbate. To be honest, an penis injury is rare. With reckless approaches, we can get ourselves an “condition”, like decreases in hardness, soreness and etc, that isn’t an actually injury.

Nothing lasts forever and the “development/maintenance cycle” will be ceased if you decided to just quit your penis exercises. Slowly, but surely, you will be losing your hard earned additional size. Gains could be lasting few years, but they aren’t permanent to a point of standing after a extended layoff.

Also, PE could be balancing your penis health as you age. It’s common to lose some size and function while we get older (not sure exactly when this begins, at what age).

In short, after your goals are met, you will need an maintenance routine.

Yes, tunica expansion and higher blood flow can increase your penis in both stances.

Thank you very much for a detailed reply. May I ask what a maintenance cycle is and how much time do I have to spend on it as in days per week and how long is a session? Let’s say I do this until I reach my goal, I’ll just have to do this maintenance routine which require less time and effort and I will keep most of my gains?

Newbie routine could be considered a maintenance routine, at 1ON followed by 1OFF. Only testing to be sure, but I would guess 3 times (days) per week.

So what you’re saying is that the ”permanent” does not mean you just can stop PE totally and then expect all the gains to stay? In order for it to be permanent you have to follow a light maintenance cycle for a period of time or keep going at it? Because I have had a source telling me that you follow a PE routine and once you see erection gains, those gains will be permanent, then once you’ve reached your erection size goal, it will be permanent for life and there is no need for any more exercising. Except with age we loose some but that is natural and same for everyone but that it was not needed with further PE. Thanks a lot for your answers. Hope you would clarify this last one for me too.

Maintenance is not a permanent need. Different types of tissue deformation require different levels of maintenance to cement the gains. This theory is hotly debated and what mechanism each exercise uses to help you gain at what point in your PE career is enough debate for a half dozen threads.

Once your size goal is reached a finite amount of maintenance needs to be done to be sure the gains are permanent. How much depends on you, how much you gained over how long and your total time at PE.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thank you very much for that information!! How long would you estimate before I reach my goal which is: 3.5” > 5-6” flaccid length and 5.8” > 7.5-8” in erection length + atleast 0.5” in girth? Basically as 2” size gain in both flaccid and erection length + some girth. This looks like quite some gains so how long could it take me approximately?

My crystal ball is broken. It varies way too much to give an expected time to see gains. I will not get your hopes up for circumstances to dash them cuz you don’t gain like a miracle gainer.

However, based on what I’ve actually seen for a 2” gain in Length it can be around 1 year for the extremely lucky or more than 4 for those who aren’t.

For a 2” gain in girth, since I haven’t gotten there yet (and no one with 2” girth gains springs to mind) and it’s been 7 years…can’t say that I’ve got an expected time frame for that. You may hit it fast or slow.

Edit- for a .5” gain in girth, it’s typical within a year or 2.

Wow you replied quick! Cheers mate I appreciate that. I also read some information you’ve laid out, one thing that stuck on my mind was the ”masturbate less”.. Why is that? How much less and how many times per week can you do it? Is it best to not do it at all? Because I thought masturbating could increase blood flow. Is it the same for sex?

Honestly, that’s hotly debated, browse a few threads on the topic using Advanced Search. I just find less tissue retraction with less orgasming and wear on the penis. Most agree it’s a good idea. I find better results with less.

Alright. What do you personally prefer and do for warm up? What type of things can I do to warm up properly to prevent injuries? Can my warm up be 5 minutes in a hot shower? Or for an example put a towel in hot water and put around the penis? Because I am thinking about doing my exercising at the same time I am taking a shower if that is possible. What oil or cream so to speak is the best to use when doing PE?

While I love helping out, there’s tons of info and other qualified folks to ask. Some of it you’ll experiment for yourself, some you’ll read about. But I can’t give you all the answers.

Search a bit for yourself using Advanced Search. It’ll yield some answers, as those are questions that have doubtlessly come up before.
