A few questions. Please help

I just joined your forum and I am totally new to PE. I have heard about PE in the past but always been 100% sure that it all is a scam, mostly because you hear people tell you that it is and also you see these scams and straight up bullshit products over the internet. Also people tell you that it is dangerous and the only thing it will lead you to is fucking up your penis for life.
After lurking around for a while reading up on this subject and mostly finding out about forums like this one, I am having a hard time doubting that it is all a trick. Perhaps it is actually possible with the correct exercising techniques, effort and time. It actually makes sense that you can expand your blood vessel’s in the penis over time and make it bigger because of them being able to hold more blood, correct?
I am very serious about starting a PE routine as a beginner and continue doing so until I reach my goals. So what I really would appreciate is if you guys here on Thundersplace would take the time and answer a few questions of mine!
1. Is it possible to even make PERMANENT gains without any further PE routine? If lets say you have done it for 6 months > 1 year? It almost sounds too good to be true if you know what I mean lads.
2. Is it possible to make BOTH the flaccid size bigger (length and girth) and erection size?
3. How many sessions per week and how much time per day do I have to dedicate in order to see the best results?
4. Safety.. If I do the exercises right and take it easy and do as it should be done, are the chances very slim to hurt my penis for life?
5. My current flaccid size: 3.3” erection size: 5.8” (I am a grower I suppose). Is it realistic and possible to get to my goal which is flaccid size: 5.5”-6” and erection size: 7.5-8”? How long time would it take me?
I would really appreciate all the help I can get! Thank you in advance.
