A few questions before I start PE

I recently turned 18 and I’ve been worrying about the size of my penis. I don’t have very accurate measurements but my erect penis is roughly 6 inches long and 4.2 inches in circumference. Now as you can probably imagine, I don’t have a problem with the length of my penis, but I feel it is far too thin. I’ve checked out the Newbie Routine, and I am thinking of starting it, but I have a few questions before I do:

Do I have any natural penis growth left in me?
Is it realistic to aim for 5 inches of girth?
Based on your own experience, what sort of gains would I achieve from six months of PE?
Is the newbie routine good for girth or is there something else I should be doing too?
Are the effects of PE permanent, or will I be stuck doing PE for life if I want a larger penis?
And the most important question: How do I know if I’m doing something wrong?

Thanks to anyone that can answer even one of these questions.

At 18 you *might* have some growth in you, though it’s statistically unlikely. It won’t hurt though.

With time, you can gain pretty much whatever you want. Smaller starters statistically gain more.

Nobody can tell you what kind of gains you’re looking at, but practically everyone manages to gain eventually. 6 months? Some people gain nothing, some gain over 1" in length and over 0.5" in girth. Myself, I gained about .5" in the first 3-4 months, then nothing, and recently added another 1/4" after 4 of 5 months of stagnation. In short: there is no answer.

The newbie routine is mostly aimed at conditioning your penis for future PE work. It focuses both length and girth a little, being jelq-heavy.

Effects of PE can be permanent though often a maintenance routine is used.

You will know what you’re doing wrong via your Physiological indicators: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!
