A Few Questions About PE

Even I joined at end of 2009 and perform PE during one and half month due to my heavy work hours I stopped. Then I began beginning of 2011.
My beginning size was 6”x4.92”

I am following newbie routine once time a day and my size is 6.2”x5.4” but I have some question about PE.

1- May I perform my routine morning and evening a day
2- As I learned from our member Kaan. I am adding Lavender oil to baby oil for jelqing. Lavender oil is keeping hot my unit while jelqing. I hope it does not any side effect.
3- Even I try measure every night while I watch porn. I couldn’t measure. Even I strong enough for measurement when I take tape my hand for measure
I am losing my erect quality. It is very interesting. I don’t have any problem with to be hard but I take tape I am losing my erection. ıs there any problem. What do you think.
4- But other interesting thing is if I use cable clamp this time I can measure my size. But I don’t know this kind of measurement is right or not.

I would be careful about using lavender oil in my lubricant. It is far from proven but in my opinion it may block production of testosterone so why bother risking it? If you want to keep warm while jelquing then something from the mint family might be better.

In regards to question #1 I personally wouldn’t do two sessions a day, it seems like a bit of over training. Remember the growth happens in the healing not in the straining.


Starting stats (17-01-2011) : 4 3/4" BPFL, 4 1/4" FG --- 6 7/10" BPEL, 4.75" EG

Current stats (30-05-2011) : 5 1/4" BPFL, 4 1/4" FG --- 7.5" BPEL, 4.9" EG

1 - Many different guys have success with many different things. Many here have done a routine where they did PE at different times in the day. The thing to be careful of as mentioned, is don’t do to much. It will slow you down, not speed things up.

2 - I have no comment. I don’t have any knowledge to say anything about this. Personally, I use a coco butter and vitamin 3 cream.

3 - Nothing is wrong, and you are not alone. Tape measures/rulers make many men’s penis run and hide here.

4 - I don’t think it’s a valuable measurement, but some may. In the clamp your penis is larger than it actually is, so you aren’t measuring your real size, your measuring your clamped size.
