A few newbie questions

I started PE Dec 2nd, 2004, so it’s been a little over 2 months now. I haven’t really noticed too much gains, maybe .1 inches and it feels firmer. I started out with a 7.5 length and 5.5 inch girth. I’m shooting for a 9inches in length and at least 6inches for girth. I’m willing to stick with this for a while.
Just wondering…..

How long have you guys done PE until you have seen some significant gains?
Also can the fact that im not circumsized play a role in slow gains?
How big do you have to be to wear a magnum condom? that’s my first goal that I’ve set out for myself.

Well I would say I’ve seen some significant gains. The fact that you are uncut should not hinder your gains as long as you modify your routines accordingly. An the size required for a magnum has been discussed previously on here, and I believe you can at like 7.5x5.75. I may be wrong though, but it was less than what people normally think.

What do you mean modify my routine accordingly? Right now im doing 5 minuites of warm ups with manual stretching, then jelqing for 15-20 minuites and doing Uli’s for 5-7 minuites. What should I change?
