A few newbie q's, plz answer
1. What is kegeling good for? As far as I know it’s only good for controlling ur erection, but since many of you insist on doing it at the same time as the rest of the routine I’m beginning to wonder if it’s also good for girth and/or length gains?
2. Should the grip on the jelqing exercise be as tight as possible or more gentle? It seems like in the vids you have on the page the grip is as tight as possible but seen several advice on being gentle on the grip.
3. Should stretching be done totally flaccid?
