1. What is kegeling good for? As far as I know it’s only good for controlling ur erection, but since many of you insist on doing it at the same time as the rest of the routine I’m beginning to wonder if it’s also good for girth and/or length gains?

2. Should the grip on the jelqing exercise be as tight as possible or more gentle? It seems like in the vids you have on the page the grip is as tight as possible but seen several advice on being gentle on the grip.

3. Should stretching be done totally flaccid?

We have some moderators here who get really anal when it comes to chat speak and they will snarl and growl and bitch a fit when they see ur for your, thx for thanks, vids for videos, etc. It doesn’t take very long to use the wonderful feature called spell check and it will keep your happy ass out of trouble.

Kegels will help control ejaculation and makes the penis bounce up and down which is sorta cool. It does help with blood flow in a way. They are good for over all pelvic floor health, do them.

Grip, not to hard, not to light. You want to be able to move blood into the surrounding tissues of the CC and CS. You will be able to figure out what the best grip is for you. The newbie routine is designed to be a guideline, it isn’t written in concrete, modify it as you need to as far as number of jelqs, tightness of grip etc. Check out the favorites link in my signature and read up on Physiological Indicators so you will know if you are getting positive or negative PI’s.

Yes, stretching should be done flaccid.

Kegels will improve the health of the BC muscles and therefore the strength of your erections, as well as helping with control etc.

Jelqing is something you will perfect over months; start light and feel the ‘wave’ of blood moving through the penis from base to glans, gently stretching the tissues of the CC and CS. After other exercises, jelqing ensures the tissues are infused with oxygen and nutrient laden blood, assisting with faster recovery. Jelqing is a multifaceted exercise, and well worth mastering.
