I have just started to do PE again, A few months I tried it but only lasted about a month.now I really want to dedicate a lot of time to it in order to see progress!

Can you please tell me if this routines is sufficient for a newbie, any tweeks here and there needed?

200 jelqs (Dry)

I do this once in the morning and once before bed.is this too much or too little?

And also, what is a good way to warm up and down? I heard people talking about sock heated in the microwave and then wrapped around the penis for 10 mins.is this right?

I use a rice sock because the rice gives off a heated moisture. Fill a sock with rice and heat it for a minute and wrap it around your penis for 5 to 10 minutes.

In my opinion, this is too much on two accounts.

1. Twice a day might not be enough time off between routines.

2. 200 jelqs may be too much. Less than 100 may be a better starting target.

Warm up is essential.

Performing each jelq according to the recommendations is also very important.

These are all my opinions, others make have other ideas.

The rice in sock sounds a good idea.may seem a stupid question but can you reheat it over again, or will you need to replace the rice, and is it un cooked rice?

Also, would it be better to reduce it to once a day with 100 jelqs or once a day with 200?

Yes, and yes. I love my rice sock now, I used to use a warm rag but this works twice as good and with no clean up. I started with 100 Jelqs daily and I do 130 or so now. Just go with what feels natural, if its too easy increase, if you are sore and strugglinlg, decrease.

I just masturbate to warm up.. It seems to work for me!

Seems being the keyword :) . The more heat the better IMO. Yeah uncooked rice, over and over again.

I suppose heating would encourage the blood flow! my penis definately feels sore after the workout….
