I maintained a pretty good routine for a month. I missed a day here or there but overall was consistent.
The NBPEL is up a smidge over 5” now. Something like 5.25”. The BPEL is up over 6” now. Around 6.25”.
I can see that my dick is a bit longer now. The stretch only routine is working!
Thanks for keeping us updated. I’ve subscribed to this thread (and I’m sure other newbies have, too). Congratulations on your gains. I’m curious why you’ve decided to focus solely on stretching for now. Is it due to time constraints?
