Hello everyone, I do not know if I am allowed to post this here (sorry for not reading REALLY everything, but I’m desperate).

I’m 20yrs old, and I m not proud of my penis size.
My BPEL is 5.9 inches. The thing is, I wouldn’t mind my size, but I know that my girlfriend likes bigger, so yeah.
My question is, where do I start? I was reading the newbie routine but I didn’t understand too much. I wanna gain length, what exercises do I have to do? What techniques? I know that if I do not make them correctly it may result in injury, so that is why I’m making a new thread, I need someone to guide me. Sorry if my english isn’t good, english is not my native language.


I am pretty new myself but here is my 2 cents

PE Gym is where I started. They have great videos for exercise to do.

JP90 is also a great starting routine.

Warm up with heat and cool down is essential.

Do not buy devices till at least 6 months and even then, manual streching alone works.

Use the search button or specific things you want to learn

Do not be afraid to get lost in this forum and read tons of posts. Most information you will not need when you first start, but there is information that is helpful.

Consistency is key.

Read posts from thoughtfulgod and bib. There are a ton of people that have been doing this for years and know what they are talking about.

Find what works for you, and do not get discouraged.

There is a lot of great information out there.

JP90 can be too much for a lot of people.

Just start and follow religiously the newbie routine.

Stretching and wet jelq are what will bring you the first “easy” gains in length.

Starting size: 6.7 x 4.4

Current size: 7.25 x 4.6

First goal: 7.5 x 5.0 Mid term Goal: 8 x 5.25 Long term goal: 8.5 x 5.5+

In the newbie section find the link that leads to the video section. There are many videos that show how to perform the exercises.

Just don’t be in a rush. This will often lead to injury. PE is a journey that takes months and years, not days and weeks. Although you can start to see the effect usually in the first month.
