A couple of questions
Hi everybody. I want to ask something that’s halting my progress.
1. My hand starts to pain after a while of Jelqing (+- 4 min mark) And my fingers become to painful to continue. What can I do?
2. When is the best time of the day to Jelq? When your testosterone levels are high? (Like say in the morning / after exercise), or doesn’t it matter?
3. Would masturbation reverse the effects of my PE routine if it happens before, say, 2 hours after my routine?
4. Can I skip the Dry Jelq part and only do Wet Jelq? I don’t like the dry one..
5. Where on this forum can I find an exercise to increase length? I’m ok with my girth sorta..
