Hi this is my first post to the forum but have read up from afar for a while and heard about pe exercises for a while from a friend and decided the time was right to get into things.

I have looked at the newbie routine and a few hours ago completed my first session. After my warm up and wet jelqing I did some stretches and a warm down.

I have looked on the forum to try and see if I was gripping with the overhand wet jelqs to tightly as I was getting a sore sort of burning sensation at the base of my penis. I feel that this is why my partial erection seemed to subside during the jelqs. Each time this happened, I stopped and got a semi again and continued.

I have now looked into this and seen that it only needs to be hard enough to feel the blood moving up the chambers towards the head.

Even tho it was my first session I see what people talk about when they say that your upper shaft expands and looks much larger and then when you finish you hang thicker and longer.

Ok now for the questions?

I am using savlon (a skin healing cream) to help with recovery. Is this advisable?

Another question.. I wear fitted boxers and wondered if pe ers had a preference for resting there shlong dropping down or pointing to the sky? (To aid length and girth and recovery?)

I intend on doing a 2 on 1 off routine and wondered if people only do the exercises once a day on there on days or if they do them twice a day on there on days and not at all on there off day.

Savlon? Can’t hurt but may do very little.

I have no opinion on resting in any position. Try one week one way and one week another and decide what is best for you then come back and tell us why. Perhaps it will help others in their PE.

For me it’s once a day on PE days and not at all on rest days. If there is some time issue, then you can always split the work day up and do two half sessions for example. Don’t overwork that penis expecially in the early days. It can really hinder your progress if you overtrain and get susceptible to injuries.

1. Skin healing cream is good for the skin. It will not speed up the recovery of your penis after PE.

2. As far as I know, type of underwear does not have a significant influence on gains. Although, when I wear looser boxers and clothes, my flaccid hang is better.

3. Just focus on the newbie routine for now. As your get more into PE, you will get to know your penis a lot better, and what it responds to best. You have to understand that PE is not an exact science. Each one of us and our penises is different, so only you can find out what works best for you and your penile buddy. But it is important to go GRADUALLY. Increase the intensity of your PE over time, and mix it up, so the penis cannot become accustomed.

I couldn’t agree more. My gains didn’t come from repeating the same thing every day, day in and day out. I stumbled on my gain from just trying jelqing in different ways, days, pressures, grips, and even using o-rings. I theorize its from working my meat! Give it time and you will get through the pains of learning how much your cock can take and what is real pain versus discomfort etc. Some discomfort is like fucking a dry pussy. You’ll get through it. Just work your meat like you would starting out at the gym. Ease into it and don’t hurt yourself. Learn your dick’s limits. You are going to become very close with your buddy if you want to make PE work for you both. :) Don’t give up!

I would say that theoretically the minimal effects of gravity on your body would be beneficial on your penis if it was hanging in loose boxers, but with briefs and fitted boxers and jockey boxers which don’t have the hanging space available I would say that skyward is the only option depending on your flaccid length unless you wanna tuck some underneath. Lol

I just went to the loo and I have two red spots just below the head of my penis.around 2-3mm in diameter near a rather large vein. Is this to be expected? I had seen mentions of red spots but how do you define spot. I defined spot as pin prick size.
