A couple of questions.
Hi this is my first post to the forum but have read up from afar for a while and heard about pe exercises for a while from a friend and decided the time was right to get into things.
I have looked at the newbie routine and a few hours ago completed my first session. After my warm up and wet jelqing I did some stretches and a warm down.
I have looked on the forum to try and see if I was gripping with the overhand wet jelqs to tightly as I was getting a sore sort of burning sensation at the base of my penis. I feel that this is why my partial erection seemed to subside during the jelqs. Each time this happened, I stopped and got a semi again and continued.
I have now looked into this and seen that it only needs to be hard enough to feel the blood moving up the chambers towards the head.
Even tho it was my first session I see what people talk about when they say that your upper shaft expands and looks much larger and then when you finish you hang thicker and longer.
Ok now for the questions?
I am using savlon (a skin healing cream) to help with recovery. Is this advisable?
Another question.. I wear fitted boxers and wondered if pe ers had a preference for resting there shlong dropping down or pointing to the sky? (To aid length and girth and recovery?)
I intend on doing a 2 on 1 off routine and wondered if people only do the exercises once a day on there on days or if they do them twice a day on there on days and not at all on there off day.
