I have a couple of questions I would like to ask..

1. What are the best exercises and workouts to do for length gains.

2. Whats the most you could gain from doing the Noobie Routine for a month? 2 Days on, 1 day off plus some extra workouts.

3. After doing all this PE stuff, are the results permanent or is there a way that your penis could shirk.Is it something where you have to constantly work on for it to stay big, or itll just go back to the normal size?

4. Are there any foods that will help penis growth? If so, what are they?

5. What are the best ways to stop premature ejaculation? I don’t have this problem but itd be nice to know how to go longer.

Just start the newbie routine and see it yourself. And do some search and reading in the forum.

There’s no best way, everyone has their own unique best ways.

Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

Alright I found answers for everything except #1,2,3 and 6

As a newbie the best length exercise would be stretching, although jelqing does have an effect on length too, later you may want to add hanging to promote length. Don’t even consider hanging now as it’s heavy duty, not something a newbie should even get close to.

There is no way to give you a realistic number of what you can gain with the newbie routine in the given timespan and with the given workout schedule, as all dicks respond differently. You will notice a difference though, if only in erectile strength, and unless you are among the few who don’t gain size with the newbie routine, you should add some length and possibly girth too. But don’t count on much gain in a two months period, pe is about patience and persistence, and even if your gains come fast, it’ll tamper down to a snail pace eventually, that is unless you are exceptionally blessed in the pe-growth department.

It appears that for most a maintenance program is in order to keep the gains. However, the maintenance takes up relatively little time compared to the time you need to spend to jeq-hang-stretch-pump your way to a bigger and better cock.

How do you get rock hard erections and get your penis the biggest possible? Simple. You work for it by following a healthy pe regime, living a healthy life, and keep anything from messing you up psychologically. And if you do it right then it will be a labour of love, and as such not be experienced as labour at all. :)

Debate is still out on that one. Some seem to have no trouble keeping what they gained, or at least most of it, whereas others lose most of it in a short timespan. Hence me mentioning the possible and likely need of a maintenance program.

Also, should Clamping be tryed by noobs? How are the gains with that? Girth? Length?

Just stick to the newbie program, and leave the clamps alone for now. First you have to condition your cock before you can even consider anything more advanced than basic jelqing and stretching. Maybe others disagree with this, but I’m for the conservative “better safe than sorry” approach.

Everyone here is looking for the fastest gains. At least, I’ve never read “I want to take at least 3 years to get to that extra inch! A day shorter and I’ll feel cheated!”

Alright, and one last question for today. Is it smart/ or wise to masterbate or do any sort of jelqing or anything while you have your penis blocked off, taped up, roped up, wired down at the base to a point where you veins are coming up and all?

Personally, I think it is best not to masturbate a reasonable amount of time, say, two hours, before or after a PE session, as I suspect it would hinder progress.

As for jerking off while your cock is blocked off, taped up, etc., sounds like a bad idea all the way through.

How exactly did you come up with that? Unless the newbie routine went through a dramatic change there’s no need for anything more but your hands and some lube. Tape, rope, wire?
