A brief review of PE result

It’s been a while since I posted. I just want to share my newbie experience with other newbies and the “experienced” PEers.
I started on May 28, 2007. I tried to 2 day on 1 day off routine. My latest measurement was done this morning (July 15, 2007)
My starting stats:
Bone-pressed erection measurement: length 6” exact (maybe 1/16” up or down)
Girth measurement: 5” round
My lastest measurement:
Bone-pressed erection measurement: 6” 4/16” (length)
Girth measurement: still 5” round, no gain yet
Bascially, in the last 48 days of newbie exercise, I have gained almost 4/16”. I know some of you have easily gained 1/2” in the first month, but I am still very satisfied with my own result. I started PE with a doubt, so any gain from PE is considered amazing to me!!
I modified my newbie routine a couple times in the last 48 days.
First routine:
5-min warm-up
5-min fowfer
manual pull and hold (down, right, left, up, straight out) 20 sec x 3 reps
v-stretches (3 point pressure) 20 sec x 3 reps
wet-jelq (20 mintues roughly) erection level varies from 30%-90%
5-min warm-down
(I did this for my first 19 sessions)
Second routine:
5-min warm-up
butt pull 1 min x 2 reps
manual pull and hold (down, right, left, straight out) 30 sec x 2 reps
v-stretches (2 point pressure, mid and base) 6 different positions 20 sec (total of 12 press)
dry-jelq (20-25 minutes) erection level varies from 30%-90%
5-min warm-down
**I kegel almost everyday. I don’t have a specific routine for this. I try to hold for 10 second and 30 seconds.
What did I learn from these sessions?
1) My persistence did pay off. 4/16” gain in less than 2 months is very intrinsically rewarding. I feel like I can keep going until I reach my 1” gain mark.
2) I am an extremely horny person. I used to masturbate 2-4 times a day. I did try to cut down my masturbation, but I would honestly say that I still do at least twice a day with a mix of edging. This means that masturbation has not stopped me from gaining. However, two things worth noted. First, masturbation does give me a sore penis, especially on the underside where the skin/tissue meets the sensitive spot. I took 2 days off because I had a sore tear. Now I have stopped manual stretches completely because of the same tear. If I had cut down my masturbation, or maybe just once a day, I might have avoided this problem. Hence, I could have continued my routine without waiting impatiently *sigh* Second, I wonder if masturbation had slowed down my growth. Perhaps I would gain 1/2” if I didn’t masturbate this much?
