A brief review of PE result

Hi Everyone!

It’s been a while since I posted. I just want to share my newbie experience with other newbies and the “experienced” PEers.

I started on May 28, 2007. I tried to 2 day on 1 day off routine. My latest measurement was done this morning (July 15, 2007)

My starting stats:
Bone-pressed erection measurement: length 6” exact (maybe 1/16” up or down)
Girth measurement: 5” round

My lastest measurement:
Bone-pressed erection measurement: 6” 4/16” (length)
Girth measurement: still 5” round, no gain yet

Bascially, in the last 48 days of newbie exercise, I have gained almost 4/16”. I know some of you have easily gained 1/2” in the first month, but I am still very satisfied with my own result. I started PE with a doubt, so any gain from PE is considered amazing to me!!

I modified my newbie routine a couple times in the last 48 days.

First routine:
5-min warm-up
5-min fowfer
manual pull and hold (down, right, left, up, straight out) 20 sec x 3 reps
v-stretches (3 point pressure) 20 sec x 3 reps
wet-jelq (20 mintues roughly) erection level varies from 30%-90%
5-min warm-down
(I did this for my first 19 sessions)

Second routine:
5-min warm-up
butt pull 1 min x 2 reps
manual pull and hold (down, right, left, straight out) 30 sec x 2 reps
v-stretches (2 point pressure, mid and base) 6 different positions 20 sec (total of 12 press)
dry-jelq (20-25 minutes) erection level varies from 30%-90%
5-min warm-down

**I kegel almost everyday. I don’t have a specific routine for this. I try to hold for 10 second and 30 seconds.

What did I learn from these sessions?

1) My persistence did pay off. 4/16” gain in less than 2 months is very intrinsically rewarding. I feel like I can keep going until I reach my 1” gain mark.

2) I am an extremely horny person. I used to masturbate 2-4 times a day. I did try to cut down my masturbation, but I would honestly say that I still do at least twice a day with a mix of edging. This means that masturbation has not stopped me from gaining. However, two things worth noted. First, masturbation does give me a sore penis, especially on the underside where the skin/tissue meets the sensitive spot. I took 2 days off because I had a sore tear. Now I have stopped manual stretches completely because of the same tear. If I had cut down my masturbation, or maybe just once a day, I might have avoided this problem. Hence, I could have continued my routine without waiting impatiently *sigh* Second, I wonder if masturbation had slowed down my growth. Perhaps I would gain 1/2” if I didn’t masturbate this much?

I think you should cut back on the masturbation though, try twice a week or something.

I masturbate once a week and my gains have been incredible.. Definitely cut back

I agree with the rest of the guys. My last months gains have been a lot since I eased up on the jerking off. It is very hard to do I agree, but I think of my dick so I try hard not to. Try edging or ballooning instead.

I think I have the same doubt. I usually edge for a while after PE and then I masturbate… I hope this doesn’t hinder.

I hope a good gainer comes forward and says he gained solidly, while jerking-off all the time, hehe.

Yeah, I use porn to keep myself hard too, so I understand the feeling. I guess jerking-off afterwards is my reward.

I totally understand what you guys are talking about. This is the main reason why I posted my result. I gained roughly 4/16” in 48 days. I know my gain is not impressive compared to some of the newbies on here. However, I did point out that I masturbate A LOT. At least twice a day.

My result should make the “horny ones” like us feel a bit better about masturbation while doing PE. I am very satisfied with my gain. I would cut down the number of ejaculation just to see what would happen.

I also would try to cut down to once or twice max a day. The only reason is that my penis is getting sore from masturbation and a sore tear resulting from rolling down my foreskin too much (plus griping around the glan for manual pulls and v-stretches). That spot is very sensitive right now. I think everyone is different. Perhaps my foreskin doesn’t retract fully so it hurts when I stroke too much?

Just curious, why so you keep refering to your gain as 4/16” instead of the standard 1/4” ?

I’m a good jacker, can at times exceed two hours, been edging for over three years and now I balloon often, it has not hindered any gains that I have had.

So Kubchaser, keep jacking off, I actually think the ones that jack off frequently gain the most. Congrats on your gains dude!

Maybe so, but too much of a good thing is bad eventually, not so? In moderation, like 1-4 times a week is good. IMO, anything else is overdoing it.

Note: Usually I go 7+ per week, so this is a do as I say not as I do moment.

Wow, 1/4”! Great gains in such a short time. See, persistence does pay off!

I’m one of those who is “pro jerking-off” and see no reason why it would hinder one from gaining. But, it’s my personal belief, and bet that 1,000 years from now the question of “will it or will it not” will still be a matter of discussion, ad nauseam!

If it were true, then if years ago, I had stopped jerking-off, I might now be bigger. Who knows, maybe I would now be a non-jerker with an EL 12’5” x EG 9.” But, we will never know, since stopping my wanking would just be plain impossible! So, it’s up to you, my friend, but I say go for it!
