A Brand New Restart
Ive been pretty busy lately and i have become lazy with my pe schedule. I think i have lost everything i had gained(not much). Im going to try to get back into the game, sort to speak. Now my routine is going to be weird. 2 days on/one day off/2 days on/ 2 days off.
jelqing = 200
Everything as much as i can fit. I dont want toover do anything though. Should i lessen the jelqs to a lower number then get back to what i was doing(200)?
i dont know how many kegels to do. I want to start to insert them into this new routine, but im not sure what to start out with(any suggestions?) I dont want to waste my time doing an amount that wont work. So whats a good number to start with and how much to increase as time passes?
Im getting back into fowfers and Im hoping to gain it all back. (i dont think it will take as long, because i know have an idea on what to do.) But this new routine is probably going to consume some of my time, but thats fine. I got fired so during this break i want to get back into shape and get into a great PE fitness. wish me luck!!!!
