A bit of a stretch, I'll admit

Hey guys.

I just wanted to share my experience in the past 4 months as I have been following a routine of consisting purely of stretching. No girth work whatsoever. (jelqing, clamping, etc.)

I am working on the assumption/theory that less intense workouts, spread throughout the entire day, will be more effective than a single intense workout, so my “routine” consists of:

  • Every day - manual stretching at ANY and EVERY opportunity throughout the day for about 2 to 5 minutes. I try not to go more than two hours without some sort of stretching.
  • Week days - along with the manual stretching I use my homemade extender for 45 to 60 minute session in the morning and usually another session in the afternoon or evening at around 4 to 5 pounds of tension. I can’t always get the privacy on the weekends so I typically have to skip the extender on the weekend.
  • I have a insane libido, so I have sex when I’m allowed to and masturbate when I’m not. (I’m just trying to say that I don’t ever avoid enjoying sex for PE reasons)

I have not had any negative PI yet, and my EQ is as good as it’s always been.

I am happy and surprised to say that I have made at least a half inch gain in BPEL and have recently started to show a small boost in girth as well.

I say “at least” because I was very liberal in my starting measurements (6.5” BPEL should have been closer to 6 and 3/8”) and did not want to “fool” myself into thinking I was gaining when I wasn’t. I am now at 7” BPEL and even though I am and will continue to be a very skeptical person, I know my dick has NEVER been that big before at ANY point in my life. I don’t measure flaccid because it varies so much, but visually I’m hanging like I’ve never hung before. I know it sounds cliche, but I’ve also noticed a few times that my fiance gives me the double take when I’m changing or drying off from the shower. Life is good.

I know everyone is different. It seems like I’ve been lucky so far, so I’m going to stick with this theory/routine for a while because it’s working for me. Maybe less is more?

Wow, that is good to go but let me ask this question; do you think using an ads in place of manual?

In my case (my job) I can`t wear an ADS.

I`m thinking that the higher intensity of a manual stretch, multiple times a day may equal or surpass wearing an ADS at lower intensity, for the entire day.

But like I said, I can`t really do the ADS thing, so I`m working with what I have.

I measure for length around every two weeks. I don`t always measure for girth, I started at 4.7” and the last proper measurement was 4.9”.

I randomly measured just the other day and was 5.1 - 5.2” at the end of a very productive PE day (I had got in a lot of stretching). I do know it wasn`t a reliable number because it was taken too close to an intense workout, but it felt DAMN good.

My stats are all in the PE Database.
