A bit confused.... (advice/help needed)
For the past month, I have been on a jelq only program with great results: a quarter of inch gain in girth mid-shaft, maybe slightly more at the base (I never measured base girth), for 5.25 EG mid-shaft and 5.75 EG at the base and 3 pronounced veins on the top of my penis. My erections were more spontaneous and rock hard, almost to the point of hurting, and jelq sessions left me with a great hang with a really plump penis.
Last Monday, I think I temporarily ruined all of my hard work. I masturbated earlier in the night before my jelq session ( should be counted as a drug) and only had a 4 hour rest period. I thought it might be enough because I still had little trouble getting erect again but I think that stress coupled to the fact I was a bit tired killed my penis temporarily. The next morning, I really didn’t have wood but my erections were still about 98% rock hard and and my penis still hung thick even when completely flaccid.
A week into my rest/ period, I’m still not 100% back up to strength. My erections are still moderately thick, mostly hard and but no where near as frequent as before. I’m not still not really getting morning wood but it does hang a bit plump. I’ve been trying to get more sleep (I think that was a major cause of my problem) and I’ve been warming up my penis in the shower as if I were going to jelq, without actually doing so. I’ve told myself, after masturbating two more times, that I’m going to rest completely for the week. Is there anything more that I can do to help heal faster?
