Hello Thunder’s members!

I believe I am taking my TP posting virginity with this post. Glad to be here.

Now, I have been curious about PE for a long time and have also tried to get going a bit, but I think it is about time I get answers for the questions that have been bugging me.

What would be a good starting routine for a beginner with a starting BPEL at 7” and about a month of inconsistent experience with PE? I think my penis can handle a little pretty, but for gods sake, I’d never want to ruin it!
What is the theory behind stretching and jelqing? Why is either important and what do they add to the equation?
What is the idea behind a warmup? Is a warmup also required if you’re going to dry jelq?
I am uncut and can dry jelq perfectly fine. What are the pros and cons of dry vs wet jelq? Can dry jelq completely substitute the wet jelq, or what would a good use for it be (if at all)?
Also, when jelqing, does the penis need to be slightly erect (say 40%) or so? What is optimal here?

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks. Beginners Guide

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine. Warm ups help prepare your dick to be more receptive to a work out, including Judy Jelqing. If done properly, Jelqing and stretching will cause your dick to increase in size.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Hello. I suppose it might be stupid to ask the people of one website whether they like this website’s routine better than another website’s one, but does anybody know which newbie routine is better? The one here on Thundersplace or JP90’s on PEgym? Which one is better, safer, and easier? Which one has better gains?

And has anybody here ever done both?

Reactions and results varies from person to person, making it hard to answer your question.

Safer and easier I would place the Linear Newbie Routine on the top. The better routine only your penis will show the answer and most likely will be an customized routine in intensity and duration that fits your penis capabilities.
