One of the main issues with the field we are discussing is that a lot of the pathways are understood as “stand alone” elements, but very little is understood when everything starts interacting. Just google METABOLISM or INTERACTOME and take a look at those images. Massive maps linking proteins to other proteins or metabolites to others metabolites, responsible for activation, regulation, growth, disease ect ect.

I had a biochemistry prof tell me once as his first lecture, “If you memorize metabolism, you’ll be sure to pass my course”. Most laughed and enjoyed the joke. The real funny part is that one person after the class actually asked if his statement was true.lol.

In a way it is and it isnt. :)

The major pathways were analysed using enzyme inhibitors. Add a substance that stops the reaction, analyse what is there. But it isnt necessarily exactly what is going on. It is more of a model/framework that can be used to analyse and understand the nature of the reactions occuring at the cellular level.

It is interesting thread i would like to hear more. Top bodybuilders claim that 60% of their succes is food(in their case suplements too) 20% is rest and 20% is exercising. So i’m wondering how would experience members rate PE.
I belive that lack of minerals/vitamins/or some kind of proteins can slow or stop your gains.

Bodybuilding and PE are completely different aside from the discipline they require. Diet and whatnot are important in overall health which indirectly effects PE, but to no great extent like y’all are suggesting. Nonetheless I am a bodybuilder and I keep my diet straight. Shitty food is just bad for you no matter how you slice it, and good food is good for your body. Beyond that, this discussion is useless! The truth is that PE is about 99% how you manage your exercise regimen.

I’m a beginner, but I feel like the mindset has a huge effect on our gains. While trying to fix aspects of my jelqing, many sources stated in the instructions that you should actually visualize having a bigger penis. I do believe that the mind has a MUCH stronger influence on almost every part of our lives than most people think. Those posters about attitude may be corny, but they’re right.

Also, the penis is constantly in tune to an enormous amount a variables, many which we probably are not even aware of. Mood, and how you feel emotionally undeniably plays a large role in keeping it healthy and full of blood. About a week and a half ago, I decided that I would try this out, and that whenever I thought about it, I would try to never think of it as small, needing improvement, or anything negative. I would correct these thoughts as quickly as possible and replace them with thoughts which although cocky and arrogant maybe, they’re glistening with confidence. I replace them with things like “I have a huge dick,” and “that girl would love to have this,” along with just visualizing how it would feel to have a larger member hanging in my pants. I know it hasn’t been very long and there are many variables to take into account, but I have noticed increased positive PI’s since I began. It is hanging fuller, and becoming harder.

In any aspect of life, someone who is thinking more negative thoughts than positive will not achieve what his companion did while thinking the opposite. If you do not think that you deserve something, that you can accomplish something, or that you can enlarge your penis, those things will almost never happen. Yes, PE and everything else takes discipline in the physical world, but we also must apply the same focus we use with our hands while jelqing to the processes in which we think about ourselves.

So, even if you have a “small” penis, force your mind to believe the opposite, and it will come to be much easier than if you spend your time being jealous.
