80-90% erect Jelqs ok?

I’ve been doing Jelqs both erect and flaccid and they seem to not do any harm… I’d say about 600 per day.

-Will doing them erect this way cause gains mostly in length or girth? I’m hearing it’s better for girth. Hopefully my penis won’t explode killing me and those nearby, but from what I hear as long as you pay close attention to your limits you’ll be A OK.

80% - 90% seems o.k. to me.

I sometimes do them at that erection level, but not to intense just incase.

If you’ve been doing them like that for a while and you’re not having any bad side-effects (spots, weaker erections, etc.) I’d continue doing what works.

If you’re looking for girth gains, then somewhere around 80% is best. Length gains through jelqing should be done at about 50%. Both are effective, just depends on what you’re attempting to accomplish (length or girth).

Is there anyone who has made gains with the use of erect Jelqs by themselves?

Hi, I’m a newbie. I’ve been stretching ang jelqing for two weeks now. I’m into my 3rd week. When I jelq around 70-90% my hands hurts. What should I do? Is jelqing 60% better?
