Hello members,
I’m sort of new, well I’ve been reading as much as possible on this site and others for 9 months now, but I have mainly been here so I became a member just a few days ago.

So before my question, a little history.
Started the JP90 starter routine about 8 months ago and did it 2 times, first just like it was written, and the second time with a ” little” more force. I had good positive indicators and no injury’s, but the under side of my of my dick ( I’m cut ) along the scar was always very red, not sore though.

With this routine I have gained Erection quality only, so I have started to hang with the wench. I’ve slowly progressed up to 10 lb just now, with no bad signs.

So now my question, I’m hanging strait down and would like to know at around what part of the shaft should I attach the hanger. I have found a spot that’s a good 20mm behind my scar that forms good shoulders. If I go any more to the glans, It gets to cold or will go hard.

1. So is this an o.k position for the wench
2. I’ve looked at most thing about the wench but if some users could give me some pointers that would be great.

Well it sounds like you have hit the sweet spot with the “Captains Wench” it’s about the same for me. I think you have it dialed in I keep mine just out of range from hitting the Glans and it seems to work just fine.

G’day to you to , yes I’m from down under mate. Well its good to here that I’ve dialed the wench in, ever since 6 lb I’ve had to fiddle with wrap and position to get good signs, but now I’m doing 4x20 min sets because I’ve just moved up to 10 lb and I’ll move to my normal 6 sets over the next month.

One other question I’ve got is how long could I stay at a weight. I’ve been following the 101 guide but you see I mostly hang stealth at work and I use ankle weights and walking around 12hrs with 10 lb on your ankles has toughened me up but I’m not looking forward to go heavier. So when I get to 12 lb I’m going to stay there for work but the one sometimes two sets I do at home I’ll keep going up as needed.

Would this type of routine still let gains come when ever they decide to arrive. My goal is to go up 1” from the 6BP that I have now then start girth, I’m not looking for massive gains, just a bit.

Well Buggs,

The heavier you go the faster you toughen up, I always suggest some time on a break (a couple of weeks), and start again light and work your way up in intensity again, it worked for me really quickly.

Since you are in this for the long haul of gains, it won’t hurt to take a two week break and let everything (including the mind ) relax a little, then you can gently urge your member along again.

Well a break may do me some good, 8 months flogging a dead horse and with no results has left me a little frazzled.

So are you saying something like this — Have a break- start again at a lower weight say 4lb 3x20min then up 1 set per week till I’ve reached 6 sets. Then move to 6lb and do the same moving up till I’ve reached 6 set, then do the same with 8lb & 10lb and then have a few weeks off. And start again at 4lb.

I really appreciate your help, I thought I could do this myself but I now see if I am to gain any thing, I must ask what I’m doing wrong.

By the way I love it around cairns, the fishing , the people, the bush, it’s just gods country, I know I’d like to get a transfer up there if I could.

I’d even go back to the newbie routine, although I don’t PE for size anymore, I still follow the same sort of routine (albeit a little lighter) I PE for six weeks or so and take a couple of weeks break where I then come back with just jelqing, then increase the routine to add stretches, then on to a little hanging or pumping. I gained over an inch with this, now it may not work for everyone but it worked for me and I have to be careful not to go to hard now because I don’t want any more length or girth. Some times if something is not working a complete change of attack is what’s needed.

Cairns is a lovely place except when a Cyclone comes in and blows the shit out of the place, oh and you can’t swim in the sea because of the stingers, and you can’t swim in the rivers because of the Crocodiles, the Tiapans are a bit of a bastard if you live near the cane fields, then there is the Dengue fever if the mossies get you, but except for that it’s a lovely place (to visit).

Thanks for the quick reply behemoth, I mite look into a rest and then restarting. I’ve read so much and have many different avenues to go down, and I’m a bit lost, so a rest and then a slow-planed restart fingers crossed mite do it. Thanks behemoth is sound like a good plan.

Oh, don’t worry about all the critters up there, where ozzy’s mate, where built for that stuff, where tuff. Well I wish my ding dong wasn’t so tuff, but you get that sometimes.
