You have to take into consideration that there are about 1.3 billion people in China. While I agree that Asians (and not just East Asians, but South Asians in countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc.) may have smaller average penis sizes than other races, I’m still fairly certain that the odds of a Chinese man having an 8 inch penis aren’t less than 1 in 1.3 x 10⁻⁹ . If there are people over 6.5 feet tall in China (which there are), there can’t be men who don’t have 8+ inches in penis size, as such a tall height should be rarer than such a large penis size.

Sigh, I actually looked into this about twelve years ago. I looked at studies that I believed were done properly such as condom studies. I have none of that research anymore so take what I am about to say solely as my opinion. I will also note that break out by race was very hard to come by in what I considered reliable studies.
