Would I get the same (or better) results from doing 3 sets of 70 throughout the day
Which would be 210 jelqs/day?

Or should I be doing higher numbers at one time.

Simple, try one week of 3 sets of 70, each set at different times of day for a week or two.

Then try doing 100-200 jelqs at one time each day for another week or two.

See which method gives you better (positive) PI’s. In other words, one method may work better for others and another may work better for you. I don’t think there is an incorrect way of doing it as long as your exercise techniques are sound (and that you aren’t over-doing it). Remember, positive PI’s!!!
