7 days alone for PE "Bootcamp"...

Ok fellas: Captain’s Log, Star-Date 26-Jul, 2011 (I’m not even a trekkie, but couldn’t resist…)

I came home at about 5:30 pm, and had plans to meet up with a buddy of mine at 7pm. House empty with nobody to take care of but the dog, I decided to fire up the jetted tub in our master bathroom. Poured some HOT water in, got that baby cranked to “whirlpool” status, and lowered myself in.

Proceeded to do some serious stretching for 5+ minutes. Let me tell ya, this was my first time PE’ing submerged in hot water, and it was NICE. Got a good warm up in, and while watching the clock saw that I only had about 20 minutes before I needed to hit the door to meet my buddy at the bar.

Next up I did VERY, VERY slow jelqing for 100 reps. I find that I get the best compression and pressure consistency by doing the “stranger” grip (“ok” grip with pinkie finger leading away from you), so that’s what I did. I did some PC contractions to clear the blood, and had a NICE thick hang going on. During my deep breathing exercise which came next, I watched porn for 10 minutes and edged complete with some Horse 440’s. Got a very veiny, thick erection at about 85% and then did deep breathing to bring it down to an insane flaccid hang. On a flaccid hang scale, it was at least a 9/10 for me.

Went to the bar, had dinner, drank some brews, and now I’m here. Headed back to the hot shower now to do at least 100 more jelqs and go to sleep with fowfers.

As Day 1 comes to a close, I’m lovin’ it…

I have 7 days coming up. I’m going to be waking up at noon, jerking off, watching porn, walking around in my underwear, leaving the toilet seat up, farting on the cat, drinking milk straight from the bottle, having a couple of the boys over drinking beer and eating pizza til 3 in the morning, watching porn and skipping work for at least 3 of the days she’s gone.

keybord: When I talk about “deep breathing”, it’s a way for me to control erection intensity and sexual arousal when I PE and when masturbating. I read somewhere (can’t remember now) that breathing in deeply through your mouth and “swallowing” the air helps to push it to your lower extremeties better, allowing for increased oxygen flow and relaxation. Now, I do not know if there is any scientific evidence to this or if it’s some kind of new-age placebo effect, but it seems to work for me.

Generally, if I’m really concentrating on my breathing during sex or masturbation I can control my ejaculation much more acutely.
