7 Day Routine?

So last year, I really got a handle on PE. Didn’t see much gains, but for about 2 months I experimented with techniques and perfected what was good for me, quit for a while because of reasons, now I’ve been back at it again for about a month and a half, and iv been taking it up a notch. Using the clamping and squeezing/pressing my unit together technique, iv seen some nice gains in a short amount of time! I would say I’m ready for all the hardcore stuff I feel very conditioned. Outside of that, would an every day routine be alright, or is that putting too much stress on the tissue? My first post here, thanks!

Hey man if you are clamping take rest! It is wise to take rest, even if you are well conditioned.

Not clamping, it’s the slow squash jelq I was thinking of. I’m not familiar with clamping yet.. But yea it might be a bad idea to go 7 days on, 1 day off. Something like that. I was just wondering if anyone had a bad experience doing that

Going that many consecutive days is universally considered a poor practice around here with select, rare exceptions. You can if you want but it is counterproductive.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.
