7 Day Routine?
So last year, I really got a handle on PE. Didn’t see much gains, but for about 2 months I experimented with techniques and perfected what was good for me, quit for a while because of reasons, now I’ve been back at it again for about a month and a half, and iv been taking it up a notch. Using the clamping and squeezing/pressing my unit together technique, iv seen some nice gains in a short amount of time! I would say I’m ready for all the hardcore stuff I feel very conditioned. Outside of that, would an every day routine be alright, or is that putting too much stress on the tissue? My first post here, thanks!
