I’m a little over 6”NBPEL maybe at 6.25”and a little bit under 6EG, my question is should I work on length or try to gain a little more girth? I don’t feel big at all.

That’s one fat piece of meat then…I suggest working on length first, that way you’ll have more dick to work girth into later on. If you go for girth now, it may be harder to gain length with a fatter unit than before, geddit?

If I were starting with that I’d definitely go for length first.

You have potential for a mighty cock indeed. Work predominantly for length. I suggest an intense warm-up followed by a light jelq, a warm down followed by a lot of manual stretching. Be careful not to overdo the stretching - take it slowly (consider one rest day followed by two work days) for the time being. Only go heavier in pressure/duration if you have slow gains after a two month period.

Jelqing and edging are both good to sort of loosen your unit. Similar to a warm-up. The looser the unit, the better the stretch. Experiment with these. (You’ll need to practise kegels to edge.) Search, read and experiment - in that order.

This is a dumb question but what would happen if I was to do routines without warm ups? Just jumping into my routine without doing a warm up wrap

That depends on who you ask, most would say you increase your potential for injury by not. What does the newbie routine recommend?

I’m not a newbie, just sucks to have to do warm up wraps.don’t have time for it.I’ve been jelqing on and off for about a year now. I’ve done kegels since I was like in elementary school haha I didnt know what they was but it felt good. It is hailed to do both of those.

Personally I do not use warm-up wraps - they take too long. Instead, try using the head of the shower - if it’s moveable – or alternatively any sort of tap. Using modest quantities of water is an added expense but much quicker and more effective. Believe me when I say lack of warm-ups will cause your unit harm. There are many advantages to a warm-up, and many disadvantages to not warming up. If you cannot develop the patience to effectively warm-up, PE isn’t really for you.

How so?

Well PE takes a lot of time and patience. If you can’t develop the patience for a few minutes of warm-up, you probably won’t have the dedication to perform PE long term. And in my experience PE is dangerous without a warm-up.
