You should warmup before stretching anything. You don’t have to warm up before masturbation b/c you aren’t stretching any ligaments. Stretching ligaments without a proper warm up is a recipe for a sprain. I know it is a hassle, but one injury could alter the function of your weenie for life. This is low probability, but it could happen. Think about a pro athlete, they never stretch their ligaments before warming up, b/c they have trainers who watch them closely because they have had to take care of so many sprains before.

I look after quite a few pro athletes’ injuries (muscle, tendon and ligament). Any pro athlete will have a comprehensive stretching routine for the muscles and tendons used in their sport. Ligaments are a different matter altogether. The penis ligs are a special case - generally the purpose of ligaments is to stabilise a joint. For an athlete, stretching ligaments reduces joint stability but allows a range of movement in excess of normal - essential for a ballet dancer/gymnast/martial artist. To be able to do the ‘splits’ requires some ligament stretching as well as muscle and tendon stretching.

Stretching ligs is a long, slow process, but using heat makes them much more pliable. This helps avoid injuries but most importantly makes stretching far, far more effective.

Most people get reasonable early results from PE whatever they do. The ones who get really good results are usually the ones following the veterans’ advice (newbie routine). This is what I did. As soon as I started to get a bit lazy and stopped using heat for a while, gains stopped. As soon as I began using heat again, they came back.

I imagine many people who give up on PE because their initial gains stop could look back and realise they stopped about the time they stopped using heat.

If you are short of time and have to stretch without heat, go at it gently and think of it as a ‘cementing gains’ session not a gaining session; you may make gains but they will be slow.

If I had 6”EG I would be going for length only; first from the ligs, then tunica. Heat will make the collagen in both more pliable.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

This conversation looks interesting, I’m not as huge as this guy is but I’m little over 6, maybe 6 1/2 and girth is something about 5 1/3 5 1/2 and I would like to add some length, so I too thought that stretching was/is my only need but I’m also lazy to warm up like most of the beginners are.
I’m a non competitive runner and when I did a couple race I started the warm up with people with 20 years experience, I remember this time in which we had to run for 10km, well, 10km is something that takes less than 50 minutes for me while for this friend of mine takes little more than 30 minutes, he took me with him to warm up, well, we ended running, at a moderate slow pace, for 20 minutes, it means that, for him, in this particular case, warm up was little less than race while for me was about half the race time.
What I mean is, I know warm up is fundamental, I learned on myself that the better warmed up one is (in whatever any activity) the better the results, so, I think same applies to PE.
Well, let’s go on the topic now:
- How to warm up? Like at the barber shop? A towel put in very warm water to be wrapped around the cock? This also means one has to be semi-erect to warm up, right?
- How to perform stretch? I’m uncut, what do I have to do, hold it at the base with one hand (jelq style) and grab beneath glans and pull with the other? How much pull to apply, I mean, what should one feel by really stretch it?

I know what you mean. I have 6 inches girth as well, and if you don’t have a lot of length, it feels small to you. Although I admit, I have a bit more length.

Personally, I’d say try to increase girth, since that goal will be easier to reach (that is unless you’re satisfied with girth). Then just jelq to stall gains and focus completely on length.
