New to this whole area of PE, devices etc but this is my problem. I’m 6ft6 and around 105kg and strong build as I gym and do kettlebells lifting. Many people automatically assume I’m a second row rugby player and will automatically jump to the question “what team do you play for”.

A 6” cock is said to be average but on my frame you can imagine LOL ! When designing me God must have got his calculations wrong, an 8” plus cock would have been more appropriate but hay.

Purchased a bathmate 30X and used it for the first time yesterday, I found the max vacuum too strong and frankly the thought of injury did cross my mind. The booklet that comes with it says “max vacuum water -0.55bar” and “max vacuum air -0.25bar). Since I’m totally new to this perhaps I will toughen-up to full vacuum but at the moment my thoughts is I would have been better off with the cheaper model which has a lower max vacuum (x30 has up to 35% more vacuum then cheaper model).

My reason for opting for the bathmate is frankly I’m a bit lazy and the thought of having to do stretching and jelqing seams like a pain in the ass whilst just hanging this device on me whilst I shower sounds ideal if it would work.

I would like to know the thoughts of experienced members who have been successful at gaining an inch or more on what methods/products they think I should go for. At the moment I think if I got to 7” I would be happy, I don’t know actually what expectations are realistic. What can be expected, have not been here long enough, how long does the average guy have to do PE or use a product before they see 1” in gains?

Soo true feel with you brotha, got the exact same problem but at 6´3 with big feet etc and had a 6 incher before i started PE.. The tall cock stereotype is as big as the black big cock stereotype, can just imagine if you both big/tall and black, shiit then you got a hell of stereotypes. Im at 7-7.2 inch now

What did you do to get there and how long did it take?

If you want growth, manual exercises have to be the companion of any device. Actually, you’d do better without any device for the first months. Maybe forever.

What exercise would you recommend, how regularly, how many reps, sets or min’s ?

Approx 6 months, was at 7 inch at july and begun at February 2014, just manual stretching, jelqing and some extender.

Pickles I would recommend starting with newbie routine, I started exactly like you, thinking about some device, or something like” I need to do a lot of shit right?” but now after 2 years of PE I just realized, that I’ve done it wrong. I’ve gained length, but almost no girth, I’ve been inconsistent and stupid. Newbie routine can definitely exhaust your unit so you don’t need to do anything else. yet. try it for 3 months, don’t measure every day, you can try some edging at the end of day. I changed my routine a lot, you need to listen to your dick so find something about indicators would be fine.


GOAL - BPEL anything that comes along with 5.5 EG

I started with an extender myself. Wasn’t into manuals at first and gained an inch with just the extender use for 9 months. I used it every day. I might have missed 5 days total. I used a miracle slider extender I bought through ebay for only $38. LOVE IT!! I recently started doing manuals using another tool I found on ebay. Just using the BM isn’t the best way to increase your size. It is a great adjunct to manuals and an extender in my opinion.

You said you’re lazy. Give up on that. It won’t get you anywhere in your life. If you have a goal do everything you can to meet it.

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Notes

Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.”

PS do you guys think I should forget about using the bathmate then ?

The Bathmate is a good complementary device.
I use it for example as a warm up tool with warm water..so you can replace the newbie warm up with a 5 minute bathamte warm up with low pressure.
Alone it wont do much but I feel it helped me gaining.
Its a bit like machine and free weight training. you get the point..
Also many get discoloration with pumps. This can already happen if you overpump only once.(it fades over time though).
Always remember to start everything slow and smooth and increase gradually listening to your body.

Newbie routine with 5 minutes bathmate before and after is a good thing.
Also if you cant do any PE due to some reason but can use the BM for 5 minutes in the shower its better then nothing.
The price/benfit is bad tho :(

and btw. if all you big strong guys had also all big dicks by nature we small guys would be even more fucked :P ;)

I’ve picked up on an opposing stereotype too, the one that big guys are supposed have smaller ones. Although in this case I think it’s ‘big’ in the sense of ‘wide and bulky’, more than it has to do with height.

Ye, i know a couple of guys that´s about 5´9-6´0 and are very big when it comes to muscles (no steroids), and a lot of the girls i know is like “He/them are only training so hard and much because they need to compensate for their penis”, im 6´3 as i said but not big when it comes to muscles im only like 83 kg 183 lbs with low body fat more like a basketball body, and im not planing to get a lot bigger, i think when i gain 2-3 kg of muscle and get my bf around 9-10 % than i get the best body i can have for the most girls, ofc is it also a lot of girls that´s in to the bulky/bodybuilder body.
