6 weeks without PE

6 weeks without PE

It’s been 6 weeks since my last routine because that I go to sleep really late and I can’t get up..

Would this affect my future gains if any?

Why don’t you do your routine at night, then? And yes, not doing PE will effect your gains, ie. you’ll get none.

Why would it affect any future gains? If anything you’re pretty deconditioned by now and it will be easy to start the gains coming again. It seems that the common idea is that what can prevent future gains is overtraining not under. Undertraining would just affect you immediate gains not the future possibility of them.

What did we all do before PE? Nothing, exactly! And just because we all did so much nothing didn’t mean that when we started PE that we wouldn’t gain. Just get to bed earlier and get back after it.

I wonder why you feel like it’s not OK to PE at night?

My parents are at home at night.. (I’m 18)

You’ve just taken a huge deacon break. Get back into it full force (listen to ur body), you should experience some good gains, especially if you were plateauing.

DVR, all you have done is gone through a deconditioning break. You may actually lose some of your past gains. The break will not slow down your future rate of gains. It might even help your future gain rate if you had been over training or had hit a plateau. Many guys practice various element of stealth PE. You can do jelqing or stretching at night if you sleep alone. You can also do effective PE in the shower. You can still gain if you so desire.
