6 months PE not a mm of growth

I am also a slow grower, I can feel my CC is expanding and makes my penis is real hard like a cucumber and feel like bigger

but when I measure, there’s still zero growth on girth, T.T

So its my 5th day no PE and while my erections are still pretty hard, I’ve been to sore and tired to think about sex or get in the mood. Another weird thing I’ve noticed is that my flaccid has been hanging thicker and longer.

Current size: 7 Bpel x 5.125 Eg. Goal: More girth.

Over training.
Need more rests.
No drugs.

No McDonald’s.
No murder.
More Cranberry juice.

Current Stats: 6.9BPEL/6.4NBPEL 5.5MEG.

Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.

The heavier thicker flaccid is what I call SRR (super relaxation response) and it is when you stress the smooth muscle in the penis, it contracts and your flaccid gets smaller. When it completely recovers, it relaxes more than normal and you get a larger flaccid. Good indicator of smooth muscle recover.

IMO you should see it after a proper workout, before you do another one. If you don’t see it, and EQ is dropping, good indicator of either too much of a workout or not enough recovery time or both.

I’ve been using strategic deconditioning, and have gained an inch in 10 months this way. It’s clear proof to me that the penis needs time to recover, and two weeks is not necessarily enough. I do two-three months on, with a slowly progressing routine until I reach a decided point of over-training, then I take one or two months of to recover and allow growth to start. My last cycle brought me a 0.7 cm gain, and pushed me over the first inch.

It’s weird but I have rarely seen any gains while actually doing a routine, only during the decon, and I was lucky to stumble onto this insight about my own growth pattern through my own laziness.

I’ve been reading allot about strategic deconitioning, IPR etc. lately, and this cycle phenomena just seems to be the way I grow, maybe this could help you? Anyway, don’t be afraid to take time of, maybe your gains are just waiting to have some time to kick in.

I think this is a very valid point and I think critical to continued gains for many guys…rather than continual increasing of time and or force.

The deciding factor IMO is the amount of force being used. The higher the forces, the longer the decon needed. I know some guys that used fairly low to moderate forces, that had great total gains with taking a micro cycle decon of 2 days a week, and a macro cycle decon of 2 weeks every 6 weeks. Then you have the case of a guy using over 100 lbs for hanging and he NEEDED about 4 months recovery to reset.

The problem is if forces get too high, then you can develop near permanent tissue changes that no amount of decon will change. Thats why I recommend the lowest forces that will produce gains.

IF you are using high forces, then I think you will need substantially longer breaks like S.M. mentioned, and in the case of deconsecrate, it may well be that 2 months might be called for. You indeed might see gains with a longer layoff, DURING the layoff.

I’m really glad I decided to start this thread. I am getting a lot of good input and learning a lot about PE. Five more days and I start PEing again! I also plan to start a progress thread so I can get input on what I’m doing.
