6 Months 0.5" Jelq Only?

Would you guys say that it’s possible to gain 0.5” girth only jelqing in six months 5 days a week? Would my time be better spent doing more? Also, I’m talking about 50-70% jelqs.

People are different, we don’t know if you can gain 0.5” or 2” you need to be dedicated and follow a routine.
If you’re begginer or it’s been a time with your last PE session just follow Linear or Newbie routine.

Well I have been doing PE on/off for over a year. The most advanced exercise I have done is the Uli and squeeze. Can you recommend any intermediate routines? Also, is the jelq only idea bad?

My case.0.5 in length and 0.3 in girth. Only stretching and jelqing. 5 months.And I had 3 injuries which took me back a little. I think.

It certainly is possible to gain 0.5” in Girth in six months. All I did were jelqs for 6 months about 3 days per week and I gained 0.30” in girth.

It depends on your body but I’m quite sure it’s possible.

I started on Ulis recently and already have a great feedback on girth.

Current - BPEL - 6.750 / EG - 5.500

Bill10, have you continued your stretch and jelq routine or did you move on to something else? Also, how many days do you train?

I have reached my goal. 7 x5.5. Here is what I did. First month 5 on 2 off. Started 100 dry jelqs per day and 3 sets of 10 sec stretches. Second month 150 jelqs same stretches. third month 200 -300 jelqs. 4th month 350 jelqs and same stretches. Serious injury during week 2. Stopped completely for 10 days. On the 11th day I woke up with a huge erection.Measured 6.7 x 5.4. After that I went for a month 150 dry jelqs and 4 sets of stretching 10 sec holds. One week M-W-F one week M-T-T-F. Measured my current length in about 5 weeks.

I am only conditioning now. 100 jelqs and a set of 10 sec stretches 3 days a week. Started at 6.5x 5.2. All lengths bp. Measured some times 6.6 but 6.5 was more common so I went with that. NBPEL is 6.4-6.5 started at 6-6.2, lets say 6.
