I’m a newb, so the only girth work I’ve done is jelqing, and it sure does work, weather it is thee best exercise for work is debatable. Once you start reading the forum, you will learn that people who hang gain girth in the base, which helps even out the “baseball bat effect” from jelqing (you will gain more girth in mid shaft from jelqing than on the base). Some people swear by clamping, we’ve had people report REALLY significant gains from clamping, others swear that pumping, especially when used with other PE exercises really makes a difference. Of course, pumping, clamping, and hanging all come with increased risks, and thus are not newbie exercises, they are for people who have already conditioned their cocks and the people that do these exercises work their way up and generally know their limits.
