Constantly, biggest break was a week last July.

Normal schedule for how many days a week. 1 day on, 1 day off; 2 days on, 1 day off; 5 days on, 2 days off.. However you wanna do it. I do it for 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off

Max was approximately 100 minutes a day.

Hey guys, This sounds like it could be a really good, quick and effective routine. I get a bit sick and tired of doing 20 jelqs etc, and sometimes find the time to do it difficult so im going to give this routine a go. Im going to do it 3 times a days 5 times per week. At the moment im 7” bpel and 5” eg. I’ll keep you guys updated on this routine

The last 3 days I have just been doing one 15 mins session in the morning and 3 sessions of 10 mins during the day, and it seems to be working good, I only do the stretches and only stay flaccid because it seems to stretch much better that way, if it get a bit hard I stop and let it go soft.

My flaccid lenght has increased another .25 in the 3 days and about half of that when hard, but the girth has stayed the same, which I don’t mind.

I eat well and am big built, but not much body fat, and I exercise around 1 hour and half a day, I don’t know if that helps at all.

I have also noticed the appearance has improved as well it looks a lot more healthy now.

I think I’ll give this a shot too. The under-the-leg tug seemed most interesting; although I have a fairly large thigh I’d like to see if this is possible while I’m in the john. I’m usually stretching or jelqing while taking a dump anyway. If this works out I can definitely take a few more “bathroom breaks” to get more PE done on company time.
