Looking for some encouragement. Any starting 5 INCH guys out there that had a hard time gaining length. I’ve been at this for 1 year now and no gains in length which is my primary goal or in girth; albeit I’m more focused on length. I’ve tried a variety of excercises and some ADS. Never really stuck to one excercise/routine for longer than 30-45 days cause I havent seen any results. I’ve learned that different things work for different people. There are so many theories and routines but I think I’ve come to accept that I’m just a hard gainer. Right now I’m doing 450 S2S stretches and building up to see if I find my “sweet spot”. I do my PE in stealth mode as its the only privacy I have is in the shower so I’m limited to 20mins. Soon might resume my ADS after my morning routine. Giving this like 45 days to see what happens. Can anyone share a word of encouragement with me. I’m sure there are some of you out there whom eventually found what worked for them and can motivate me to keep pushing on. For the record I have no plans on giving up. It just gets lretty frustrating trying to figure out what will work for you especially when your limited in time. I might have to start hanging in a few months but don’t know how I would be able to oull that off. Maybe some Monty ADH weights
I did PE for around 6 years with no length gains. I started with a newbie routine of jelqing and manual stretches and gained nothing. I continued PE out of pure determination, I refused to accept a lack of gains and persisted. So I then moved on to clamping for a few years and gained 1.5 inches of base girth and maybe an 1/8 inch of length.
Let me just skip ahead to what actually worked for me to gain length. Ist I got a vac extender and got a two or three hour set in five or six days per week. After a year I had gained a 1/4 inch. Of all PE methods extending is my least enjoyed one so I moved on to hanging. This is when albeit slowly I started making gains.
So in the end I’ve combined hanging two, three or four 30 min sets per day. I started at 5 lbs and slowly moved up to 15 over about three months. I would move up only when the weight had felt light for a week or two. During this time I would try to get in a one or two hour extending set and would manual stretch whenever I had a minute to spare. I’ve done this in three periods, each one three months long(as long as I could tolerate such a routine) then I took a while off and repeated. I gained 1/4 inch each time I’ve done this so I’m now roughly an inch longer which doesn’t sound like much but another inch of dick is in reality a major increase.
Keep in mind I have the “cord” also and I’m sure there where things I could have done better but I see PE as a skill to be developed like anything else, keep doing it until you find what works for you and then perfect your craft.
One last thing. I noticed that when doing my length routine the gains seemed to lag behind. This could be because when doing such a long routine EQ suffers but after a week or two break from length work I’d actually measure longer than while immersed in the routine.
