5 Inch Nbp Erect Hard Gainers Uncut

Looking for some encouragement. Any starting 5 INCH guys out there that had a hard time gaining length. Ive been at this for 1 year now and no gains in length which is my primary goal or in girth; albeit im more focused on length. Ive tried a variety of excercises and some ADS. Never really stuck to one excercise/routine for longer than 30-45 days cause i havent seen any results. Ive learned that different things work for different people. There are so many theories and routines but i think ive come to accept that im just a hard gainer. Right now im doing 450 S2S stretches and building up to see if i find my “sweet spot”. I do my PE in stealth mode as its the only privacy i have is in the shower so im limited to 20mins. Soon might resume my ADS after my morning routine. Giving this like 45 days to see what happens.

Can anyone share a word of encouragement with me. Im sure there are some of you out there whom eventually found what worked for them and can motivate me to keep pushing on. For the record i have no plans on giving up. It just gets lretty frustrating trying to figure out what will work for you especially when your limited in time. I might have to start hanging in a few months but dont know how I would be able to oull that off. Maybe some Monty ADH weights

Sounds as though you are in the same camp as me regarding growth, except I’ve stayed the distance and grown.
I seen to grow in cycles of around 3 months! I started 2 years ago and had nothing until around 2.5/3 months, then i stopped at that size for a further 3 months, then growth and so on. I started pumping in feb and i stuck with it keeping extremely consistent, i had zero real gains until this last 2 weeks I’ve gained in girth….again it was 3 months.
You will have to stick to 1 thing for a longer period mate, some guys gain a tiny bit month on month and others like myself have no gains then suddenly wake up with some after a period of time.
They say it takes the body 3 months to totally regenerated every cell in the body and for me this is where the magic happens! I keep ultra consistent and keep continuous slight fatigue and then when the body regenerates itself it seems to turn those temp gains into real gains. I tend to stick with certain methods of pe for 3/6 months then change it up and that’s what kick starts my growth. Experience and learning your body is key.

Start of pe- 6.6bpel x 4.7meg

4 months of jelqing - 6.8 x 4.7
4 months of stretching/jelqing- 7x4.8
4 months of same- 7.2x4.8
4 months of clamping - 7.25 x 4.9
3 months to date- pumping- 7.25/3 x 5.05

You can.probably see the trend, and growth almost always happened at the end if those periods. Its incredible patience but just see pe as a way of life and part of your daily routine and forget growth as that will come with the above points.

Awesome post Average G! Thanks so much for the words of encouragement and advice. I will stick to this routine for at least 3 months and look for results. Your right patience and consistency is the name of the game. Learning your body is absolutely key. I have adopted PE as a way of life for sure regardless of my gains.

If i may ask do you PE in the morning or night or both? Wonder what your thoughts on turtling are?

I pe in the evening once kids are in bed and me and the lady are locked in the bedroom!

I try keeping that varied too, started 1 on 1 off at first, then changed around and around every so often. Currently I’m 3 on 1 off but bare in mind my unit is very conditioned. Keep an eye on how much expansion you can get and try to keep it at that point consistently in your routines. Over time when i saw this expansion measurement increase that’s when i knew gains were eventually coming, but don’t overdo it of you will fatigue and need more rest.

I don’t turtle much at all, and i have sex after quite often, i just put on an adjustable cockring after and if i have sex then keep it going for over 10mins to create a little edging session. Edging is good after to get that expanded tissue to fill up hard.

Do you turtle no matter how much/little you do?

Stick to a routine mate. My first gains came on the 4th month and they were impressive. I litteraly woke up with a bigger erect penis one day.

After that I gained gradually.

Stick to a routine.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I did PE for around 6 years with no length gains. I started with a newbie routine of jelqing and manual stretches and gained nothing. I continued PE out of pure determination, I refused to accept a lack of gains and persisted. So I then moved on to clamping for a few years and gained 1.5 inches of base girth and maybe an 1/8 inch of length.

Let me just skip ahead to what actually worked for me to gain length. Ist I got a vac extender and got a two or three hour set in five or six days per week. After a year I had gained a 1/4 inch. Of all PE methods extending is my least enjoyed one so I moved on to hanging. This is when albeit slowly I started making gains.

So in the end I’ve combined hanging two, three or four 30 min sets per day. I started at 5 lbs and slowly moved up to 15 over about three months. I would move up only when the weight had felt light for a week or two. During this time I would try to get in a one or two hour extending set and would manual stretch whenever I had a minute to spare. I’ve done this in three periods, each one three months long(as long as I could tolerate such a routine) then I took a while off and repeated. I gained 1/4 inch each time I’ve done this so I’m now roughly an inch longer which doesn’t sound like much but another inch of dick is in reality a major increase.

Keep in mind I have the “cord” also and I’m sure there where things I could have done better but I see PE as a skill to be developed like anything else, keep doing it until you find what works for you and then perfect your craft.

One last thing. I noticed that when doing my length routine the gains seemed to lag behind. This could be because when doing such a long routine EQ suffers but after a week or two break from length work I’d actually measure longer than while immersed in the routine.

Average G: havent really been experiencing turtling lately so definetly positive PI’s. I used to do 5 on and 2 off before. When stretching though it might be a little much. Im gonna start a 2 on 1 off this week.

Tenacious J: ive been contemplating hanging myself but want to give manual a chance. What did you use for hanging? Are you uncut?

I used a bib starter, I’m cut. If I were to do it all over again I would look for a vac hanger that could handle up to 15lbs or so. I’m not sure if such a device exists but if it does and would allow longer sets that would definitely be a plus.

Yeah I have five inches here I’ve been doing PE for about five months with some inconsistency but I’m currently doing the linear newbie routine, I haven’t gained anything yet but I think I’m coming to the conclusion I’m also a hard gainer.

Hey Tenacious T i believe the Vac Hanger has been reported to handle 15lbs when used a certain way and also the LG hanger up to 20lbs. Link below on LG Hanger

That lg hanger looks like the ticket.

I wonder how long it allows sets to comfortably continue? It looks like it would allow easier fulcrums than the bib too. If you could do hour+ sets with 12 or more pounds it seems like you’d have to get some gains!

Just looked at the lg hanger. 255-300$ plus tax, at that price I’ll just have to stick to the bib starter for a while longer.

Yeah I’m cut unfortunately. The bib starter is ok. It does the job but it takes a lot of adjustment to get it right and then once any variable like your size, weight used or angle of hang are changed I’d usually have to tweek the setting. I’ve hung from many angles. Straight down much of the time while doing chores around the flat. Also I would often lay on my side on my sofa and connect a length rope and hang the weights over my coffee table and watch some tv. I probably could have benefited from more fulcrums as well since I seem to be a hard gainer.
I never found a way to hang comfortably over 15 lbs really and at this point I’d usually take time off from hanging and do other methods before starting all over again. Keep in my mind that amidst my hanging I would do manual stretches and vac extending time permitting.

I wish I had taken before pictures but I didn’t have the forethought or confidence it would work.

Also if I recall correctly there was a member named Xeno that had really good advice on bib hanger settings which helped me out very much.
