.5 inch gain in about 2 months
First time I’m posting here, and I just had to say something about my gains. I’m sure most of you don’t talk about PE outside of this forum, and I’m so glad I can finally say something.
I found out about PE a few years ago. I jelqed a few times, but not consistently. Just when I’d remember I wanted to make my unit bigger, which may have been a week to months at a time. I didnt even warm up or warm down. I probably overtrained too. I hanged weights after I saw a youtube video I believe, but very infrequently also. Then I read something on the internet that scared me away from it. Then I found this website in November 2008. I wrote my first measurement then. 5.1 ER and 5.1 EG. I never got into it seriously until about january, so I assume I haven’t made any gains. I measured today, yesterday, and the day before and found my erect length, not bone pressed to be 5.5. Maybe a little over.
It may seem amazing, and even I have a hard time believing it, but I left out that the few years back, when I first learned of jelqing, I have a vague memory of measuring myself at 5.5. Whenever a girl asked, I would use that. Maybe I measured wrong back then, maybe my manhood has shrunken (just turned 19 by the way), but I remember that 5.5
I’m not sure if I WAS 5.5, but I’m guessing that if I were 5.5 at one point, and I “shrunk” it’d be much easier to get back up to it. Any of you guys have an opinion?
I think it’s more likely that I measure wrong. That’s enough background. I’ll give you guys my routine.
Warm up in shower, spray hot water directly, gradually increasing temperature once I’m comfortable.
Jelq. I leave it 1/2 -3/4 full. It’s soft enough to bend in all directions, and I points straight out, parellel to ground, when I let it hang.
I use the full twist and pull one. Don’t remember the exact name
Warm down with heat pad
I have an ads, which I don’t use all day. Made it myself at home depot. Must have cost me $5, tops. It cuts off circulation so I switch between that and the fowfer (I think that’s what it’s called). I let it lightly stretch. I started this new thing where I ice the tendon that goes along the top.
