First time I’m posting here, and I just had to say something about my gains. I’m sure most of you don’t talk about PE outside of this forum, and I’m so glad I can finally say something.

I found out about PE a few years ago. I jelqed a few times, but not consistently. Just when I’d remember I wanted to make my unit bigger, which may have been a week to months at a time. I didnt even warm up or warm down. I probably overtrained too. I hanged weights after I saw a youtube video I believe, but very infrequently also. Then I read something on the internet that scared me away from it. Then I found this website in November 2008. I wrote my first measurement then. 5.1 ER and 5.1 EG. I never got into it seriously until about january, so I assume I haven’t made any gains. I measured today, yesterday, and the day before and found my erect length, not bone pressed to be 5.5. Maybe a little over.

It may seem amazing, and even I have a hard time believing it, but I left out that the few years back, when I first learned of jelqing, I have a vague memory of measuring myself at 5.5. Whenever a girl asked, I would use that. Maybe I measured wrong back then, maybe my manhood has shrunken (just turned 19 by the way), but I remember that 5.5

I’m not sure if I WAS 5.5, but I’m guessing that if I were 5.5 at one point, and I “shrunk” it’d be much easier to get back up to it. Any of you guys have an opinion?

I think it’s more likely that I measure wrong. That’s enough background. I’ll give you guys my routine.

Warm up in shower, spray hot water directly, gradually increasing temperature once I’m comfortable.
Lightly stretch
Jelq. I leave it 1/2 -3/4 full. It’s soft enough to bend in all directions, and I points straight out, parellel to ground, when I let it hang.
Hard stretch.
I use the full twist and pull one. Don’t remember the exact name
V stretch
Warm down with heat pad

I have an ads, which I don’t use all day. Made it myself at home depot. Must have cost me $5, tops. It cuts off circulation so I switch between that and the fowfer (I think that’s what it’s called). I let it lightly stretch. I started this new thing where I ice the tendon that goes along the top.

I have a few more things to talk about which I’ll either search or post, but if you readers feel like helping me out, then thanks.

Congrats on the gains. It’s possible that you could have shrunk down which would have made it easier to get your initial gains, but keep at it and you should keep gaining. Good luck.

Do you mean 1/2 -3/4 erect?

Id stick to the newbie routine until your gains stop or nothings happened after a few months. Only then think about doing v stretches or any other exercise not included in the newbie routine.

Also if your homemade ads cuts off circulation then id stop using it. You want a bigger dick not a dead one.

I wouldn’t do this all the time, stick to every 2 weeks or a month. If you measure all the time you will be disappointed.

I’ve added the ads only a month ago. Everything else, I’ve been doing since december or so.

1/2 to 3/4 erect was exactly what I meant. My PE terminology is weak. My bad.

And I thought it was normal for an ads to cut off circulation. I usually don’t wear it past an hour or two. I’d better read up on ads.

To answer your question
I never really looked at the newbie routine for one. I couldn’t find it, or maybe I saw it and forgot it. And it’s just a thing of mine. I never start as a beginner at anything. I usually advance fast enough to be an intermediate very quickly.
