.5 girth gain objective need info.
I’m new to this site and all the PE world.
Been reading and practicing for 2 months now.
And I think my objective is pretty reasonable I’m looking to .5 girth gain and
Of course any lenght gain is a bonus.
So my question is simple what are the best exercise for girth gain?
I’ve been doing jelqing (pretty sure got already a little gain but I’m waiting to make sure)
So my routine is only the hot wrap for 5-10 min then a 15 min wet jelq then 5 min break
Doing sit down stretch then good massage while almost fully erect and finally the hot wrap again.
2days on 1day off lots of kegel every day.
What could be the change to my routine? Any good exercise I’m missing here??
Other question where exactly I’m I supposed to stop when jelqing ?? Near the glans but how near ??
And do you always keep the pressure with the other hands at the base of your penis ??
Any answer from uncut guy would be mostly appreciate but anyone feel free to help me out.
Little spot on your penis and a little discomfort at the beginning of the glans is it OK
It always go after one day or two but want to make sure I’m doing everything properly.
I don’t have the bigger one but it still can serve a lot .. Hehe so no need to hurt myself
