5 days no PE

Hey Guys,

For a couple of reasons that id rather not mention, I’m going to have to endure a whole 5 days with little to no privacy. I have only been doing PE for almost 2 months now but I’m really seeing great results (WAY bigger flaccid hang and noticeably thicker erections). I was wondering how this would effect me since I have not been doing PE for too long.

Also, I might be able to sneak in some dry jelqs during this period of time. I know dry jelqing is a bit different from wet jelqing. I don’t know if it matter but I am uncircumsized, but right now I’m doing 250 jelqs 2 on 1 off with nothing but positive PIs. How many dry jelqs would be safe for me to do(if I can manage to sneak them in)?

P.s. No, I don’t stretch and yes, I do warm up.

Don’t worry, fellow PE-land citizen. :) In one year or even six months, these five days you are going to miss out on training sessions will be put into perspective.

I know how frustrating forced off-days are, but it really doesn’t matter in the long run (as long as it doesn’t become a habit, of course).

I would recommend that you incorporate your session in your shower time. If anyone bitches, tell them you had some sore muscles in your shoulders/back that you wanted to get the “pounding” of the shower on.

Do piss pulls and hold a little longer than a normal piss pull. Stretches are important in my opinion to encourage growth.

I hope sunshine hasn’t gained anything. lol

I don’t think you will lose any of your gains at that span of time. I took a break from PE for a month and I never lost any. Then after 2 months everything was gone. Haha. Five days is too short to lose your gains. Don’t worry about it.

Look at it positively. Those micro-tears will completely heal up and when you start again you will get even more gains. Meantime, you can do kegels, and some stretches in the shower without anyone noticing.

About dry jelqs: they are pretty aggressive, so I would start around 25 and work up from there.

I would recommend doing the BTC stretch. You can put your rod in this position (deep stretch) and go about your business. I do this stretch for about 5 hours a day in about an hour intervals.

I’m sure five days wouldn’t be to much trouble as long as you get straight back to if afterwards, sneak in a few stretches hear and there aswell.

Seems like a suitable place to ask this instead of a new thread. If you are unable to complete a routine due to whatever reasons, which exercise would you say is more important to do for length, stretches or jelqing?

Any ideas?

I have just started my pe routine again after almost two months off. I haven’t lost any gains whatsoever, and have only done edging and occasional clamping before sex. I think having consistent, hard erections is the most important thing to do during a lay off.

My eq went up a notch after a few days off, and I noticed I felt more girth as well. I would imagine a lack of good erections is what causes a lot of men to lose their gains, more than a lack of pe.

Don’t worry about a few days off. Taking them too often is counter-productive, but once in a while is good.

These five days off may give you a new perspective, and help you re-assess what your doing right, and what your doing wrong.

Actually it might do you some good. For me it did. I Was doing PE for 3 weeks, and had to lay off for 6 days, I remember this like it was yesterday. On the 4th day of my break I had the biggest erection in my life and my girlfriend noticed it too. I think it gave my penis a tad bit of extra healing time and in return have me what I’ve been looking forward to. :) But the 5th and 6th day was no good. I was back to no morning wood and back to Mr.Limp dick


Current stat = NBPEL - 6.235", BPEL - 7.000".. Mid EG - 5.063".. Base EG - 5.750" BPSFL - 7.3125 ------ Old stats = NBPEL - 6.000", Mid EG - 5.000

Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.750", BPEL - 8.250".. Mid EG - 6.000".. Base EG - 6.500" ------ Goal Length gains - 1.515". Girth gain - 1.000"

Flip a quarter. If I were to do the exercises, and I had limited time I think I would attempt to switch off, I would stretch to warm things up, and then jelq the next time I had a chance to do something. You don’t say but I am going to assume you will have some opportunity more than once a day to sneak something in.

Stretching doesn’t take the time that jelqs do, but it also doesn’t necessarily bring in the extra blood to expand the CC and CS like you want for gains. The micro tearing of the tissues will happen with both, jelqing may get more of the penile tissue than stretching, but both will work.

I know, clear as mud right?
