If your going to do any type of PE. I would recommend jelqing. There’s people who’ll back me on this, if you only stretch and don’t jelq. Your EQ will decrease some. So jelq instead of stretch. But do stretch a few minutes before jelqing.

For e.g. 3 min stretch, 7 min jelq. That’s 10 min of ease. Just go take a 10 min dump ;)
