4th week of newbie routine

Hey All,

So, I have been at it for about 4 weeks. No noticeable gains yet, except for a more full flaccid, which is cool. I currently measure 4.5” flaccid and 7” NBPEL and about 7.25BPEL (small fat pad) My Flaccid girth is 4.5” and my EG is 5.5. Overall, not feeling to bad about my unit, but hey, an inch here and inch there never hurt! I have upped my stretching from 5 minutes to 10 minutes this week. I use the simple manual stretches and hold for 1 minute in each direction (up, down, left, right) for 2 sets and then do rotations (?) for a minute in each direction. Is this okay?? I haven’t experienced any fatigue and with my kegels, my sex has been nothing short of incredible lately.

Very good current stats, you have an excellent unit as it is. I’m sure gains are not long in coming, you seem to have a great routine and know how to add to it safely over time. I’m proud. Keep us updated :)

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)


I actually lost about 12-15 lbs in the past few months also. I gotta tell you, that makes a BIG difference. I also upped my jelqs from 200 to 300 which I get through in about 12-15 minutes. Maybe I’ll post some pics as soon as I break 25 posts!
