As a total newbie I don’t dare yet to post in the other parts of this forum, even though this has absolutely nothing to do with being new at this :)

I am currently located in Athens, Greece. And it’s hot here. I mean seriously hot. Like 41 degrees Celsius hot (106 degrees Fahrenheit). Since due to work I cannot perform my sessions early in the morning - or at evening - I am forced to do them during my lunch brake at noon.

There is no A/C in my bathroom! The sweat is simply unbelievable! I feel more like a full-body workout than a PE session.

Upside though is that I can cut short on the warmup.

I know this is a pretty useless post (sorry if I annoyed anyone), but I just had to vent somewhere.

All of your tissue are thoroughly warmed up from the insides, and this type of warming will allow you many gains if you exercise properly. Still do your warm up exercises. Good Luck

Think of the upside. You can sweat off extra pounds and do PE at the same time.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

41C is not hot mate, spend some time down here where you can easily get over 50C in the shade.. Like all things, you can let your mind focus on what’s hard/wrong or you can focus on the task and let the rest fall away…

Oh - hydrate.. a lot.. :)
