Are you new to this site or PE? If you are, I would recommend you do the newbie routine first to condition your penis.

If you are not a newbie, there is no problem in doing 4 on 1 off as long as you don’t notice any negative PI’s.

Thanks, I’m new to this site but I have off on and on done some PE from an article I read on ezinearticles, which was almost exactly the same as the newbie routing, I just never stuck with it, but I plan to now that I have enough free time..

Also it’s not 4 on 1 off technically, it’s I take Sunday and Tuesday off because of scheduling reasons.

Yeah,. I don’t see no problem with that. Personally, I just follow my dick:D

But what concerns creating a schedule, Id say that you would make x days on and x days off with no variations. The days off should be your healing time and that healing time should be determined, thus making the most efficient schedule. Hope you know what I mean.
Well, as for regular muscle building, you need 48 hours to recover. Now, I’m not comparing regular musculature to smooth musculature, as that is not possible, but that proves my point:)
